Death filled glory

Right now Roun and Elizabeth were standing in front of Apep as they listened intently with calm expressions on their face

"You guys have improved greatly especially Elizabeth, Roun you still have a lot to improve on but it won't hurt to get some experience" Apep said as he continued "so I will send you guys to a low class hot spot to train for a month"

Elizabeth & Roun looked at him with blank expressions it was obvious that they were confused

He sighed before he explained "A hotspot is a spot where monsters Rome although other places could have monsters, a hotspot is a place where monsters are frequently seen and being born it is contaminated with a dense fragrance so monsters occasionally come to such spots and breed or create packs" he explained as the girls nodded in realization

"Elizabeth it is up to you to protect my disciple and remember word has probably spread that I am sending you guys to a hot spot so other branches will definitely send their own prized disciples" Apep explained with a cold expression while he showed some care for the little girl

"Aw look at you showing some emotion" Suddenly Hestia revealed herself she had been within the shadows of Amons chair he could easily sense her but he decided to ignore her until now

She reached her arms over his chair and pinched his cheeks as she talked to him in a baby voice

He quickly swatted his hand in order to move hers while he tried to keep a straight face but he failed miserably as it Gained an angry and annoyed expression

"Aw is the baby gonna get angy!" she teased which left him furious he quickly fazed out of his seat before he appeared behind her he didn't attack her but he merely swooped down picked her up by her legs and dashed towards the other side of the room and placed her down

Although it may have seemed as if it was an easy feat it wasn't within those mere seconds she had increased her weight over 1000 times but it was still bearable for him she didn't try to attack him due to the lack of harmful intent

She grumbled under her breath as she scarfed folded her arms and looked away from him and stomped her foot which almost caused the ground to crack

He let out a mocking laugh after he had appeared back in his seat

The two girls couldn't help but shake their head they couldn't believe that such strong individuals were acting like some quarreling children

"Shouldn't you answer their question already!" Hestia said rudely she acted as if she wasn't the one that started it but Apep don't say anything about it as he moved on

"Look kids The hotspot is a giant forest it is divided into three parts ruled by different monster pacts, at the east of the forest is the Golden monkey pact,at the west was the turtle snake pact, and at the north was The white tiger pact, there was no south due to the Forest being shaped as a crescent

"I'll give you a few hints but the rest you'll have to get by yourself, with the monkeys just watch out for their claws and for the turtle snakes it's actually two packs that combined but they're the weakest out of the three, and for the Tigers let's just hope that you're fast enough to run!" Apep gave them some minor hints

"Now go get ready, you will leave tomorrow morning" he ordered as he waved them away

"You can leave also" he turned his chair around as he stared at the black wall as he spoke to Hestia

The room was completely quiet even if she was there he didn't care to make any more comments to her, he merely let out a scoff but he quickly came to regret it as his head was slapped so hard that his chair fell over but he had no time to react as Hestia only left a giggle behind before she completely disappeared

inside a white room A puddle of sweat lay on the floor as Athel went through his intense workout he was in the midst of doing push-ups but suddenly Kolitis appeared as he took the boy by his foot flipped him over and attempted to grab his head

But Athel was prepared he instantly curled into a ball and rolled backwards he was obviously experienced with the situation but that was not enough to express it over the past few days Kolitis had been doing this he would flip him into the air and spin him like a spinning wheel and catch him by his head before he placed him down gently but today he decided that that was not going to happen

He got into a battle stance as he wanted to test his power but Kolitis's next words left him disappointed

"Not today"

Athel calmed down and looked at Kolitis coldly

"Whoa, whoa, whoa! save that anger for where you're about to go" Kolitis said As he continued "it turns out that leaders from the other branches are sending their disciples to a hotspot, so I decided that I will send you also after all I don't want my prized disciple to get left behind ain't that right" he suddenly disappeared and appeared behind Athel as he slapped the boys back which sent him flying forward

"Do You know what a hotspot is?" Kolitis asked as he watched the kid get back up

Athel silently nodded

"Well I guess all that reading had done something good" Kolitis commented as he smiled at his disciple

Athel decided to use this free time as a way to Garner some knowledge so he had studied multiple aspects of this world already it could be said that he had more information about it then Enopy for now

"OK then get prepared, you'll be leaving tomorrow at dawn so make sure to get some rest, after all of the monsters there are no joke at least for people at your level" Kolitis laughed as he suddenly disappeared

Leaving the boy alone to wander within his thoughts

The boy thought being alone in training to get stronger would be good for him but his already extremely bad mental health has gotten even worse one could see his dark and dangerous future but it would be one filled with glory even though there would be death
