Chapter 25 I have a proposal.......

When Jasper and Julie reached the condo, Jasper removed his tie and his belt and threw in on the couch. He then remove his cufflinks and put them on a table beside the couch. He rolled his sleeves and went to Julie who was standing at the side of the room nervously.

"Let's go to the bedroom." He said .

"W..why.?"

"Why do we go to the bedroom? "

"..."

"Let's go, darling."

He then held her hands and dragged her to the bedroom. He opened the door and went inside and closed it still holding her hand. He then released her hand , went towards his closet, took his casuals out and went to the bathroom. After about ten minutes he came out wearing a t-shirt and a simple trousers and went to bed. He sat at one corner of the bed leaning at the headboard and patted the empty space to Julie who was still standing at the same place. Julie nervously came and sat at the other side of the bed .

Jasper layed down and told her to do the same.

" I Won't do anything to you. Just sleep with me for sometime, please." He said to her .

Listening to this, Julie became relaxed and layed down by his side. Jasper gently pulled her into his embrace and said " You smell like formaldehyde. But I still love it." to which Julie smiled but said nothing. They slept in eachother's arms like one body.

Julie was a gynecologist. She was a great doctor who recently came back to the capital city and joined in the gynecological department in THE FIRST PEOPLE'S HOSPITAL. This was one of the hospitals that her family owned, which was specially made for all the VIPs of the country. The Edwards owned a chain of hospitals and pharmaceutical companies all over the country.

William was sitting in his office and waiting for his father's call. After sometime his phone rang. "William, release Hannah and come back early today. We will discuss the matter in the evening itself." Elder Lee said.

"Yes, Father." He said and the call ended.

He then asked his assistant to release Hannah and leaned in his chair and closed his eyes.

Daniel reached home. He wanted to go to his room and rest for the rest of the day . When he reached his room , he changed into more comfortable clothes after taking bath and sat on his bed with his laptop to go through his emails . He went through some projects that were send by his assistant to him for his approval. There were also some documents that required his urgent attention.

In Grandfather Lee's study.

"Grandfather I want to pay the money back. I will work hard and earn it. Just give me sometime. " said Isla with determination.

"Isla you are like my own granddaughter. How can I ask you to pay the money? What face will i show to my friend after I die?" said Grandfather Lee dramatically.

"But how can I keep on living off you people grandfather? I will try to search my uncle. I know some of his friends, may be, he went to their house to hide. " she said to him.

"Even if we catch him he will not be able to pay back the debt. It has become a huge amount after adding the interest rate." said Grandfather.

'Then what do I do now? I feel guilty. I will not be able to face uncle and rest of the family members with this debt.' she thought to herself.

looking at her frowning face , Grandfather understood that she took the bait.

" I have a proposal. If you agree to this proposal, all the debt your uncle took from Lee corporation along with the interest charges will be nullified. " Grandfather said finally. "What is it , Grandfather?" said Isla with twinkle in her eyes.
