Chapter 28

Did his lack of enthusiasm in his encounter with Bob have to do with Avery? That was the crux of the matter that needed resolving. The only way O.B. felt he could determine that was to try again with someone else. Someone more to his taste in a fuck-buddy: Smaller, more submissive, someone with whom O.B. could again be the dominant alpha male. He would cruise again, but not here in Baltimore. He would wait until their three-game series was over and try again in Cleveland, the next stop on their road tour. He wished New York was on the list of places to play. There was plenty of gay action in that city. But Cleveland would have to do. He needed answers and he needed them soon.
