Chapter 19: The First Warrior

Momoyo was in class 2-F and the Kuki famiglia were naturally put in a special class, 2-S.

It was a classroom of elite students and the trio naturally had perfect scores. What's weird though, was Hideo had a grown ass woman with him in class.

"Is Azumi really going to go with Hideo to class?" Aka raised a brow.

"And she's also wearing her maid uniform... Love is a hell of a drug." Miyo winced at Azumi.

"Oi, you have a problem with me wearing my maid uniform? This is my battle attire." Azumi gave them a side eye.

"Yeah, you're a grown ass woman in a clasroom full of freshmen." Ronin pointed out.

Azumi went red at that, she couldn't really antagonize Ronin. And when the maid looked around, she was sticking out like a sore thumb.

As a kunoichi, being inconspicuous was the most important thing for them.

But right now, she's basically saying I'm this guy's only companion.

Meaning that anyone with half a brain would know she was also his bodyguard.

"Geh, thank you for opening my eyes Ronin-sama." Azumi ran away for a quick second.

Aka and Miyo were there. And the heavenly gemini were ranked 1st. So she entrusted Hideo to them for a quick second.

She then returned and Azumi wore a school uniform. Making her able to blend in more easily.

"There, at least you're taking your job seriously." Ronin nodded at her.

"Yes, it's a pleasure to serve Hideo-sama." Azumi bowed in thanks.

"Hah, she's weird as hell. But she's top notch." Ronin couldn't deny her abilities.

He could entrust Hideo's safety to her. Ageha didn't really need a bodyguard.

So Kojurou was enough for her. Because she could stall for time if she did face someone strong.

And Hume could just swoop in with no problem. The guy could run from Kanto to Tokyo in less than an hour.

Everybody was now in front of the principal; Kawakami Tesshin.

"Settle down!" Tesshin yelled and his ki made everyone quiet.

"Master's ki is as impressive as ever." The twins nodded at his strength and Ronin couldn't agree more.

"We've had students left the school, new ones enter, and beginners that are well into their journey." Tesshin's voice resounded in the gym.

"Kawakami academy values strength and wits above all! Be competent, live your lives fully. And enjoy your youth." Tesshin dramatically raised his arm.

"You have the blood of samurai in you. Embody the bushido as your way of life and it will not betray you. Enjoy the new year, young men and women." Tesshin finished.

The teens were in awe at the wisdom of the headmaster and they eagerly started their classes.

"So, you guys are all in 1-F? Isn't that class labeled as the place where troublemakers are?" Ronin chuckled at the Kazama family.

"Senpai, I would like to get in trouble with you. How about we go to the gym's equipment room?" Miyako blushed.

Ronin handed her some paper and Miyako's heart started beating faster.

"R-restraining order?" Miyako thought that it was their marriage certificate.

"Want me to stamp that?" Ronin took out his stamp and Miyako immediately backed off.

"Ohhh, as cruel as ever." Momoyo chuckled at Miyako's antics.

"Hey, Naocchi." A pretty cute girl waved at Yamato.

Gakuto and Moro glared at him and he ignored them.

"Hello, Ogasawara-san." Yamato likes to build connections, so he was friendly with everyone.

And the girl was a friend he made in the shopping district. As she was the daughter of candy makers.

"We're classmates huh? Hope we get along!" Ogasawara Chika smiled at him.

"Kuu! You're a traitor! Yamato!" Gakuto pointed at him accusingly.

"You just can't make female friends for shit." Yamato huffed at them.

"I thought you were one of us, Yamato. Momo-senpai even declined your confession." Moro sniffled.

"Shh! Shut up!" Yamato tried to shush them. But everybody else heard it.

"Ohh? That? It was lukewarm, so I said no." Momoyo shrugged.

"Ahhh, Yamato with Momo-senpai huh? I just can't see it. She'll break you in two. Want a marshmallow?" Koyuki offered.

"Ahhh, class 2-F has a wonderful loli. I sure hope to know her better and get in a bath with her. Of course, I have no evil intentions." A bald guy had a serene smile.

Aka and Miyo had alarm bells ringing in their heads upon seeing him and they looked at Ronin.

They wanted permission to get him rid of immediately, but he shook his head.

"Ahh, meet baldy; Inoue, Jun everyone! He's my friend and I consider him as my brother." Koyuki introduced him.

"Ahhh, such cruel fate. If only you two were 10 years younger." Jun commented towards Aka and Miyo.

"J-Jun... Let's not get ahead of ourselves." Koyuki's demeanor changed immediately.

She whacked him on the head and she hauled his ass off of there as fast as she could.

"Fuuu, I was about to kill him." Miyo's eyes had a dangerous glint in them.

Aka was about to unsheath her wakizashi. But Ronin stopped her.

"Ummm. Sorry about that, I'm Aoi, Touma. Koyuki's step-brother." Touma bowed to them.

He is an olive skinned young man with wavy hair. Overall, he looked like he was smart.

"You better keep that guy in control, or he'll disappear from here." Miyako commented.

"Y-yeah, you guys have no idea how scary these senpais are." Gakuto gulped.

Back then, he really thought that they would murk him and throw him in the Tama river.

"Touma huh? Let your friend know that some things just shouldn't be said." Ronin reminded him with a cold stare.

"Y-yes, senpai." Touma gulped and he ran after them.

"Hah, the new batch of freshmen are going to be troublesome." Ronin sighed.

"Ohhh! Are those the rumored twin goddesses!?" A small guy who had a camera ogled the twins.

"Ohh, that guy is finished... Jun only survived due to Koyuki." Yamato shook his head and he prayed for him.

"Rest in peace." Capt followed and the other boys prayed for him.

"Senpais! Can I see your panties?" Ikurou Fukumoto. A freshman that entered Kawakami high school in hopes of meeting hot women.

He was suddenly kicked on the face and Aka stomped in between his legs.

"Know your place, trash. You aren't even worth looking at us." Aka kicked him in the family jewels once again.

They have no tolerance for things like that. And thus, his budding high school dream died.

Though due to Tesshin's teachings, she thankfully did not bust his jewels for good.

"Damn, that was well deserved. You better put these kids into place." Momoyo gave them a thumbs up.

"Hmph, if that filth even gets close to me again. I'll make him into a woman." Miyo snorted.

Classes then started without much fanfare. Much to the relief of Aka and Miyo.

__Classified Kuki Island__

"Hah, Mikado. If you brought me here for something that wastes my time, I expect compensation." Ronin sighed.

Mikado and Ronin just landed in a deserted island. He even had to leave the company's matters to Aka and Miyo.

Safe to say, he was displeased. But Mikado had a grin on his face.

"Well you'll be surprised." Mikado didn't tell him more and it annoyed him further.

"Fine, hide your secrets. Let's go, this better be worth it." Ronin gave him a side eye.

"Brat, stop being impatient and just come with me." Mikado dragged him to the facility there.

Ronin saw medical equipment and lab equipments galore.

He then concluded that it was related to one of their most important projects.

The Bushido plan. "So? Who did you clone? King Arthur or something?" Ronin had a great idea and he stashed it for later.

"Of course not, we have samurai blood. So we went for asian figures. Though this one came from China." Mikado smirked.

They were checked by some guards and got led to a room where there was a meek looking girl. (Pic)

"Mikado, are you messing with me? She doesn't look like she could hurt a fly." Ronin deadpanned at him.

"Hoho, then you don't know who she was cloned from." Mikado had a smirk on his face.

But Ronin decided to ignore him instead. "Mikado-san? Hello, what brings you here?' The girl greeted politely.

"Ahh, how rude of me. I am Hazakura, Seiso. Nice to meet you!" She smiled sweetly at Ronin.

"Ahh, I'm Kuki, Ronin. Nice to meet you as well." Ronin nodded at her.

"Hey, Seiso-chan. I brought this guy with me, he's my eldest son." Mikado introduced him more elaborately.

"Really? Hello, can I call you Ronin? Please call me Seiso." She was really friendly.

"Sure you can, Seiso. Say, how are you enjoying this place so far?" Ronin analyzed her.

Beneath her cheery personality, she had a hunger for contact. The island must feel like a desolated place.

"Ahhh, everyone is treating me kindly. Miss Marple even taught me everything I knew." Seiso had a small smile on her face.

'Good, maybe the kid could reel in her real personality? He's good at this after all.' Mikado decided to leave.

"He's your new friend, Seiso-chan! Gotta go, duty calls!" Mikado ditched him and Ronin cursed him inside of his mind.

"So? What do you do here Seiso?" Ronin asked her.

'Wait... Aren't we like the ones that need the most psychological help?' He noticed that.

And he already helped Koyuki, Miyako, Kazuko, and even Momoyo to change for the better.

'Fuck, someone's really messing with me.' He definitely felt that something was off.

Seiso looked positively excited at his question. "There's the Kuki library, I read a lot."

"You must be quite literate, tell me. What do you like to read?" Ronin gestured for her to sit and they started talking more.

"Miss Marple told me to read any kind of

literature that can increase my knowledge." Seiso tapped her chin.

'Anything that could increase her knowledge? That's weird, shouldn't they be giving her everything she needs to know?' Ronin's paranoid mind noticed that something was amiss.

It is not inefficient, but Seiso was specifically ordered by Marple to do it. Then it has a reason.

'Everything has a reason... But why are they forcing literature on Seiso? Her like of reading could've been influenced by them. She was just recently born into this world.' Ronin started to unravel her mysteries.

"Anything else that you like to do?" Ronin had a suspicion that they were trying to diverge her interests.

It might not be seen that way in a normal person's perspective. But he was an assassin.

It's a pretty easy method of brainwashing. And it was sending alarm bells inside of his head.

He immediately sent Mikado a message and he asked if they were trying to brainwash Seiso.

Mikado replied quickly and he said that suggestions are quite effective.

No brainswashing, just giving her a wider perspective.

'I knew it, but is she from a dumbass genetic donor? Why are they telling her to basically study?' Ronin was perplexed.

He then thought of dumbasses in Chinese history that could still be notable figures worthy enough for the bushido plan.

But none came to his mind. Though, notable figures in China are like Xianxia characters.

They like to go to wars and overthrow dynasties.

Someone then did pop up in his mind. A strong and courageous general that deposed the Qin dynasty.

Cementing himself as a hegemon. But he lacked wisdom and his great advisor wasn't utilized at all by him.

'She's the clone of Xiang Yu? Damn, then it's actually good that they let her read something.' Ronin now agreed with them.

Xiang Yu was a warlord. One of the greatest in China's history. Ronin would even say that he is the greatest warrior in the warring kingdoms era.

The guy was only killed when all of his men were dead and he alone faced thousands of soldiers in mortal combat. And he didn't even die to them, committing suicide.

'I need to be careful about this, she's a ticking time bomb.' Seiso looked at him with a sweet smile while talking about the books she reads.
