Chapter 83 Lifting pot and uncovering lid

Queenie and Monica continued talking in the living room for a while.

One of the topics discussed was that Monica once had a boyfriend when she was in college. They were so affectionate that they decided to get married after graduation.

Queenie asked her why they broke up later.

Monica hemmed and hawed for a long time, but finally she just sighed and said nothing.

Queenie didn't care about it at all. She only asked about it out of curiosity. Seeing Monica didn't want to say it, she didn't ask again.

That the conversation was almost over, and Monica got up and left. Before leaving, she gave John a deep look.

The eyes seemed to be eager to have sex with John immediately.

John shuddered.

After Monica left, John asked, "Queenie, why does she come here?"

Queenie spat, "You don't dress well yourself, and blame others?"

John smiled awkwardly, knowing that Queenie had misunderstood him.
