Yes... As per his Master's request if no one is allowed to follow him, then Harry will surely comply and will only monitor his Master's activities via his sophisticated iPad.
While downstairs, Lucas then drove the car after previously meeting one of the spies in the Manhattan section and took off all the security he used to get off earlier and gave it to his spies. Yes... Of course, the man couldn't follow him either because he wanted to enjoy the trip himself. Okay.. there's no one following him at the moment, and even this car doesn't have a guard. Ah... that's good and it would be great to be able to walk around the city enjoying the scenery without any bodyguards or even no security like now.
