Tribulation's Origin

On a inconspicuous cultivation universe, a new ruler came to be, the ruler had a dog that lived millions and millions of years, attaining intelligence to a high degree, the ruler thus called him and said "Tribulation, come come, i have a new task for you, go to the cultivation realm's and erase anybody that look's dangerous or is stupid", and so, tribulation did his job, surprisingly 99.9% of the cultivators looked stupid, and 0.999 looked dangerous, in the eyes of a dog.
