The doors open and customers walk in casting shadows on the walls and the floor. Their eyes squint as they readjust to the artificial light. One customer teases his girlfriend relentlessly as she continues to study the menu boards.

"Hi welcome to Taco Land! Let me know when you have any questions or are ready to order", Ma'am X smiles brightly at the customers.

The customers then step forward. "We would like a combo 8, a soft taco with no lettuce, a side of nachos, and an additional nacho cheese."

Ma'am X repeats their order for accuracy. "Will this be for here or to go?"

"To go."

"Your total is $10.37."

The male customer hands $11 and Ma'am X gives back the change.

"Here is $0.63", and she then carefully puts the change in his palm of his hand. "If you can, I would love to hear back form you in regards to your service today", Ma'am X smiles beautifully and her eyes sparkle like a beautiful sunrise in Springtime.

"Thank you we certainly will."
