After his defeat, Odin agreed to surrender the throne to Luffy as per their agreement. Surprisingly, there was minimal outrage. Luffy had underestimated the giants' respect for their tradition. Luffy had won the throne in the way of the giants, so they respected the outcome. That said, there was still some outrage as some of the proud giants couldn't believe their king lost to a mear human. As a result, Luffy was bombarded with challenges for the throne by countless giants young and old alike. Luffy had no choice but to accept them all since if he didn't he wouldn't have true loyalty from the giants.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Two months had passed until Luffy finally stopped receiving challenges. In the first month of challenges, Luffy fought while trying to not hurt the giants too bad as he wanted the image of a just ruler. However, as a result, the giants did recognize his strength, but they saw him as a challenge more than a king, and those which he defeated challenged him again after coming up with new strategies. Luffy then switched his approach. Instead of just being impressive, he crushed his opponents to the ground. After he decimated the strongest warriors in Elbaf, he finally gained the recognition he wanted. The giants acknowledged him as their ruler after failing to take the throne back.
In those two months, Luffy called Law over to reattach Odin's arm. It took Law some time to arrive, but the giants preserved the arm well and it was still in a very good condition when Law arrived. And in that time the Giant-3 Emperors-Revolutionary Army alliance finalized their plan. Also, Luffy wrote down a list of all the things he remembered, and he tried to use them to fill in some blanks as he didn't want the World Government to pull out an Ancient Weapon or something and be unprepared since he didn't remember.

"So this is it, huh?" Shanks said as the forces of the five factions gathered in the White Sea above Mary Geoise. Luffy had his men transport the ships up by strapping a ton of Jet Dials to the bottom of the ship, effectively giving them the ability to fly up. And after meeting above Mary Geoise, they were ready to descend and wreak havoc. "But remember, we have to let Fujitora put on a show," Dragon said. Fojitora tried to move up the ladder as he planned, but unfortunately, he was stuck in the position of Admiral as the Five Elders saw him as a threat since his ideology clashed with theirs. However, Fujitora did manage to achieve quite the influence even when they suppressed him. As an Admiral with backing from the Marine Hero and the current Fleet Admiral, his name was known and his fair treatment was widely popular in the eyes of many Marines who didn't like the form of absolute justice that a lot of high-ranking Marines believed in.
And so the main plan was to kill all of the World Nobles and the Five Elders until Fojitora arrives. At that point, Fujitora will push them back with his powerful gravitational powers. Of course, Fujitora won't be seen pushing Odin, Whitebeard, Shanks, Luffy, and Dragon in head-to-head combat as that would obviously sell them out. So for this, the big commanders decided that their forces should be gathered in a formation that would allow Fujitora to take them hostage and demand a retreat in exchange for the hostages.
With this feat, Fujitora's future position as Fleet Admiral is all but guaranteed. However, that was not the most important part of the plan. With the Five Elders and World Nobles gone, there would be only one family that could lead the World Government. The Nefertari Family.
They, after all, possessed the bloodline of one of the twenty royal families that founded the World Government. Of course, Donquixote Doflamingo could also make a claim, but he was found dead with a hole in his chest on a day that Luffy mysteriously refused to take challenges from the giants.
"Alright, so I, Shanks, and Whitebeard will take on the elders while Odin and Dragon will go massacre the Celestial Dragons with the rest of our forces. As for the rest, remember to concentrate them in the designated place for Fujitora. But Dragon, give me this Celestial Dragon's head please, I need it for something." Luffy said as he gave Dragon a picture with a name underneath.
"Why do you need the head of this certain Celestial Dragon?" Dragon asked. "It's for a girl," Luffy explained. An awkward silance started as Luffy realized he phrased his words wrong. "... Luffy, while I'm not a hands-on kind of dad, I'm not sure that a girl that wants a severed head as a present is the best choice for you," Dragon said after a minute. "I'm with your dad on this one, don't stick your dick in crazy, I learned that the hard way," Whitebeard said. "Nonono, she didn't ask anything! She doesn't even know me yet! She's a former slave, so I thought the best gift when I mean her would be the head of her tormentor," Luffy explained. "That's fine then, but it is a little creepy that she doesn't even know you," Shanks commented. "I would rather go about it in a different way, but she's a special case with men. I need this for her to give me a chance," Luffy explained his reason.
The guards at Mary Geoise were all experts with a high strength level and decades of experience in combat, yet when they looked at the sky, they were speechless. They were prepared for almost every possible scenario that might happen in their training, however, a rain of invading enemies was not one of those scenarios.
Before any of the guards managed to recover, the enemies were already above them. Giant and humans landed all over Mary Geoise and started to destroy everything in sight. However, not a second passed, and the entirety of CP-0 and all the reinforcements available arrived. The groups quickly separated as Shanks, Luffy, and Whitebeard flashed towards the location of the five elders, while Odin and Dragon started their killing spree against the World Nobles and CP-0 members that protected them.
