Chapter 1

[Three girls have once again gone missing mysteriously and according to their friends, the kids were on their way back home after school. The police have been investigating in this case and in a few minutes, we shall be speaking to the Chief of Police. It is said that the girls being kidnapped are between the age of 14 and 19. So it is advised that the children between the above age stay at home and don't move alone. Contact this number if you get the news, information, calls or anything from the kidnappers]

The TV is switched off by a woman who sighs seeing the expressions of her two daughters. She couldn't understand why they made it a big deal when the police were not putting a lot of effort in it. Surely they should have got something about the kidnappers by now but alas, not a word or a suspect. It could be that the girls went missing on their own or perhaps ran off with their boyfriends. Girls were extremely rebellious during their teenage years.

The lady looked at her two daughters with a strict look and the two girls rolled their eyes.

"Muuum, We could never run off with our boyfriends and besides, Lucy here, is shy and has no boyfriend and mine is extremely responsible. You've met him before. I could never elope with him" Leah, the older sister, spoke up and the other sister blushed in embarrassment at the fact that she did not have a boyfriend at her age. It was a big deal in her society and she couldn't help but feel sad and angry at herself. How hard was it to speak to boys? It was her stupid mouth that refused to cooperate with her. Always stuttering like a fool.

"I know Leah. You have said it many times but I can't help but worry. You know that is how I met your father. We went to a night club with my friends and ended up getting drunk which resulted to you both. Either way, Long story short, We eloped. I can't trust that you won't do it" The mother explained to her kids and they both bobbed their heads in understanding.

The two girls, Leah and Lucy were twins. The former was bold, brave and courageous while the other was shy, insecure and fearful. They were two opposites and one could tell the difference between the two even with the eyes closed. They weren't exactly identical twins and so it was easy for the two to be mistaken for strangers yet they were of the same household.

Despite their differences, Leah looked out for her sister and always made sure she was safe @nd secure wherever she was. They couldn't be separated and that's how it was until that fateful night that was sure to change everything.
