I HATE YOU!

In Blue Moon

As Zara ended the call, Lucky immediately sought permission to leave from Master Leander, who was sitting alone in the vast, empty hall.

"Master Leander, I need to be somewhere. It's very urgent," Lucky said, his voice filled with urgency and barely concealed panic.

Leander, noticing Lucky's distressed state, rose from his chair with a furrowed brow. "Hope all's well? You look panicked," he observed, his tone laced with concern.

Lucky's eyes darted around as he entered the hall, his expression a mix of anger and anxiety. "Yes sir, all is well. I just need to settle some things. I will be right back," he assured.

"Okay, but you need to come back soon so we can begin the rituals. Time is of the essence," he reminded, his voice gentle yet firm.

Lucky nodded, "I will, sir. I'll be back as soon as I can," he promised, turning on his heel and swiftly exiting the hall

Without wasting any more time, Lucky headed straight to Black Dragon, his heart set on rescuing Abigail.

In Black Dragon

"Master Zuka, your plan is amazing. That fool will be here very soon, and we'll get what we want with ease," Zara praised, a triumphant glint in her eyes.

"Yes, my dear, we'll show them that we're far smarter than they could ever imagine," Zuka replied, patting her hair with a satisfied grin.

"You're doing a great job, dear. Keep it up, and I will reward you with a very big surprise," Zuka added, his voice dripping with approval.

Zara's face lit up with a radiant smile. "I'm always ready to serve you, master," she declared, pride evident in her tone.

"That's why you're a good girl. I hope you won't betray us like Velverosa did," Zuka remarked, his eyes narrowing slightly at the mention of betrayal.

Zara's expression hardened. "Never, master. My loyalty is to you alone," she assured him, her voice firm and unwavering.

"Good," Zuka said, satisfied with her response. "We will soon show them the true power of Black Dragon."

**In the dungeon...**

"Alert, Lucky Damon is here!" one of the guards who spotted Lucky yelled, his voice echoing through the narrow stone corridors and sending a ripple of panic through the ranks of the guards stationed there. The urgency and fear in his voice were palpable, triggering immediate chaos among the guards.

Without wasting any time, Lucky charged forward, his eyes blazing with a fierce determination. Each step he took was filled with purpose, his movements fluid and lethal. As the guards converged on him, he became a whirlwind of fury and skill.

"Get the fuck off, you bastards! I'm not here to deal with you," he growled, his voice carrying a menacing edge. With a swift, powerful backhand, he sent the first wave of guards sprawling. They crashed into the stone walls with sickening thuds, crumpling to the ground like broken dolls.

As more guards lunged at him, Lucky anticipated their moves with a deadly precision. He sidestepped one guard's attack and delivered a crushing blow to the man's temple, rendering him unconscious instantly. Two more guards attempted to flank him, but with a swift, brutal motion, Lucky grabbed their heads and smashed them together. The resounding crack echoed through the dungeon as they slumped to the floor, unconscious.

"Abigail! Abigail!" Lucky called out, his voice echoing through the narrow, torch-lit corridors as he barged into the chamber where she was held captive.

"Abigail," he repeated more softly as he approached her. The sight of her bound and exhausted filled him with a mixture of rage and sorrow. He knelt beside her, gently touching her cheek to rouse her. Her eyes fluttered open, and recognition and relief washed over her face.

"Lucky! Lucky! What are you doing here? I told you not to come; it's too dangerous here," she protested, her voice a mix of fear and astonishment. She watched, awestruck, as he drew his sword and, with a single, powerful stroke, severed the chains binding her wrists and ankles. The metal links clattered to the floor with a resonant clang.

"Now is not the time for this. Let me get you out of here first before I go deal with those fools," he growled, pulling her close for a brief, fierce hug. "I'm glad you're fine. I was actually scared to death," he whispered, his voice cracking with emotion.

"Lucky, we need to run away from here. It's too dangerous. They can kill you," Abigail stammered, gripping his hand tightly and dragging him along as she ran out of the dungeon.

They sprinted through the labyrinthine corridors and head out in to the forest the moon lightening their way.

Abigail's heart pounding in her chest. "Abigail, stop. Running can't help. We can't run away from our problems forever. Let's face this and end it all," Lucky urged as they ran.

"Shut up! I'm not listening to you. I can't let you die. I can't lose you," she cried, tears streaming down her face.

"No one is going to lose anyone. We'll fight this together," Lucky said firmly.

"No, you don't know how dangerous they are. We're not going back there," she insisted, her voice shaking. Just as she spoke, her legs came to a halt, and she realized they were at the edge of a cliff. Below them was a black, dark, deep void, an abyss that seemed to stretch endlessly.

Gasping heavily, Abigail's eyes widened in shock. "What do we do now?" she asked, her voice trembling.

Lucky pulled her back into his arms, holding her tightly. "We'll find a way, Abi. We always do," he said softly, his eyes scanning the surroundings for any possible escape route. "Trust me, we'll get through this."

As they stood at the edge, the sound of approaching footsteps from far echoed behind them. Lucky turned to face the threat, his expression hardening. "Stay behind me, I'm not going down without a fight. I'm no coward"

" You're no coward, really?!" Abigail asked her voice sounding evil

Abigail smirked as Lucky squinted his eyes at her, clearly confused by her words.

"What do you mean?" he asked, his voice tinged with uncertainty, he doesn't understand the sudden change of mood and event.

"What do I mean? Seriously? Idiot, I've left you a way of surviving, but you came back to ask for death," Abigail retorted, her tone laced with sarcasm.

Lucky's confusion deepened. "Abi, what are you talking about? I don't get what you're saying," he said, his brows furrowing.

"You're such a fool, Lucky Damon. I know everything about you, Mr. Lucky. You're trying to be a hero, right? You want to save your lovely, cute wife? But let me tell you something and get it straight in your brain: I'm no wife to you. I'm not your wife, or your friend, or crush, or lover. I'm your enemy, only your enemy, and nothing else," Abigail declared, her voice dripping with venomous satisfaction.

Lucky's expression shifted from confusion to disbelief. "Abi, is this a joke or what? If you're joking, now is not the time to joke. Let's go back and deal with things first," he said, reaching out to take her hand.

"You still don't get it, how stupid are you? I know all about your secrets. You've been living with your enemy for a long time now and you don't know? You actually fell hard for my trap," Abigail laughed, reveling in Lucky's bewilderment.

"Enemy? Secrets? I don't understand. I know I have a lot of secrets, but if you're angry because I didn't tell you... I'm ready to explain everything once we arrive home. I promise—" Lucky began, his voice earnest, but Abigail cut him off.

"Shut the fuck up! Which home? We have no home together. How stupid are you? You still don't get it? I HATE YOU! It's simple. We can never be friends, talk less of lovers. It just can't be possible. Listen to what I have to say, man. I'm no good. I know who you are, and I know all about your fucking life. You're a god, aren't you? You come from Blue Moon, and after the death of your parents, you fled to Earth and changed Damon to Dymon because you didn't want people to suspect anything. You're Lucky Damon, a god of Blue Moon. Am I lying?" Abigail asked, her words hitting Lucky like a ton of bricks as he stared at her in shock.
