Sophia couldn't help but tear up hearing the painful death of her mother. She could feel and see the pain in her father's eyes. Who wouldn't be? she was his wife afterall and they had been married for a long time.

Sophia knew that her father loved her mother very much. She was a pampered queen while she was alive. The two of them were the ideal couple in the kingdom and the neighboring kingdoms.

" I know that you had the right to know this bak then but I couldn't bring myself to tell you this. Besides, your mother mentioned that your life would be in danger and that the letter should be given to you only when you get married." Sophia's father, Michael explained.

" I understand father. If it was In the past,I wouldn't have bothered about such matters but things are different now father. I have a responsibility weighing me down. I have to awaken my powers,the journey awaiting me is no easy job but I am willing to take anything as long as I can save my mate and the people at large." Sophia said seriously.

" Yeah,I know all about your Fate. I know you have a task you have to fulfill. looking at your determination I can see you've finally decided to take on your path. As a Duke I am proud of you but as a father,I am very scared. If it was upon me,I would shield you from all the incoming pain and suffering but I know that I can't do anything to help you. All I can do is wish you the best and try to support you as much as I can." Michael said his words pained.

As a father and as one of the angels,he knew that his daughter's fate was already decided and nothing would be done to change that. He knew that she was the sacrificial lamb to save her mate as well as the whole world.

" I am not afraid of anything father. If it was prophesied to save the world,I will accept the task with no obligation. But I think for that to happen,I need to be strong and that means I have to unleash my powers." said Sophia.

" Honestly speaking,am afraid that the immense power stored in your body will end up controlling you. You are weak physically and that makes me wonder how you can sustain so much power. If it comes to a situation that you loose the control of your own powers and let them control you,it will corrupt you and you know the consequences." Michael said seriously. He was worried that his daughter will be overwhelmed by the power once she unleashed it.

" Don't worry about that,I will not let that happen." Sophia reassured her father.

" Sophia,the kind of power you have is not any ordinary power. You are already in possession of your mates power,it's just that you don't know about it. With the addition of the angelic powers inherited from me and your mother's demonic powers,you will be wielding alot of power. You know that your mother's essence has the ability to control the five elements. She was the most powerful demon among them all. Coupled by the other powers, without proper guidance and self-control,if you go berserk,you can end up destroying everything on this planet my dear." Her father said worriedly.

" Father,I know that someone's mind and thoughts controls how to use his or her powers. If your intentions are pure then you can't deviate from your goal." Sophia argued.

" That's very true my dear but there is manipulation still existing. If you have a weak willpower,it is very easy for you to be controlled and once someone takes a control of your mind,it's very hard to break off from the manipulation." Said Angel Michael.

" I will learn to control my powers father that I promise you. I will not let anyone use me to achieve their I'll intentions." Sophia said determined.

" Okay my dear,I know you are determined to help save the world and your mate and I support you fully." Her father said.

" The letter,where is the letter that mother left me. I want to see it maybe she left behind some clues that will help me in my mission ahead of me." Sophia said looking at her father hopefully.

" Ofcourse dear,the letter was meant for you and I had kept is safe awaiting the right time." Angel Michael said moving to a drawer by his office table. He used some keys to unlock it and soon,he came back with a beautifully carved box.

" Here," he said handing her the box. Sophia received the box like it was a treasure and Yes,to her it was a treasure box for her. It contained her mother's last words to her before she vanished from this world.

She felt emotional holding that box. That box was not new to her,she had once seen her mother holding it and happily requested asked her mother if she could give it to her.

Her mother had denied her but promised that in the future,the box would belong to her.

" You can just give it to me now what's the need of waiting until then?" The then naive Sophia had asked her mother.

" Because my daughter, everything has its own right time." Her mother had answered her.

Sophia had wondered what was all this talk about right time if the box will still belong to her.

" She remembered her promise." Sophia murmured but her father heard her.

" Yes,she had instructed me to find this box after giving me instructions where I could find it. She had also instructed me that the letter was supposed to be passed to you together with the box." Her father answered.

" Okay my daughter, I'll leave so that you can read whatever it is your mother wrote to you." Her father said exiting the room and closing the door behind him.
