Auditions?

Y/n's Pov

I was walking in the school hallway but suddenly someone called me.. more like shouting.

"Y/N." tall girl named Yuna put her arm around my shoulder. "Yes. What. What." I answered almost annoyed by her. "Why do you seem so pissed off?" a girl named Yeji asked me.

"Because this person just shouted that made people look at me. or us." I said as I walked quickly to our class. "Yahh.. Y/nn wait for us." Ryujin said as they tried to catch up with me.

at canteen

"So Y/n. I heard that this school will hold 2 auditions." Lia said as she started the conversation while we were eating. "Huh? 2?" I'm confused as my cheeks are full of my food.

"Yup. the first audition for the acapella group, the second audition to be selected as a trainee who will become an idol at one of the agencies." Chaeryeong replied excitedly. "Why are you so excited? do you want to be an idol or a member of the acapella group?" Yuna said as she frowned.

"I want to be an idol." Chaeryeong answered as showing her biggest smile. "What about you Y/n?" Yeji asked me. "Me?

I- I want to be in the acapella group but.. besides that I want to be an idol too." I said as I sighed.

"Why don't you just join both auditions?" Ryujin said as she gave me advice. "Hmm? Can I?" I asked back. "Of course you can

Y/n. Many people who participated in 2 auditions at once." Ryujin replies as she smiles.

I really want to be an idol but Jihyo Unnie once said that being an idol is very difficult and she said that if possible I can't be an idol because she doesn't want me to get hurt physically and mentally. As for acapella, she said if I could do acapella and could sing, I would be determined to become an idol. I was like 'how can she have such thoughts'. But I really want to be an Idol.. UGHHH.

"Y/n? Why are you making a face like that?" Lia asked me as the girls looked at my way. "Like what?" I asked back as I was confused. "Like this." Yuna answered as she showed her face exactly like what my face had shown before.

"Oh, really?" I chuckled seeing Yuna's face. "Yes!" They said in unison. "Hmm.. I- I don't think I'll be taking any of the auditions." "W-what? why?" Yeji asked me as the girls were surprised because they knew I really liked singing.

"All of you know what the reason is" I amswered as I sighed. "Your sister?" Ryujin asked me. And I just nodded.

fyi, they know who your sister is and who you live with. You don't want to reveal who your sister is because you don't want them to be friends with you just because you're the younger sister of a famous idol.

but these girls, they know for themselves because they have seen me get out of Jihyo Unnie's car and after they find out, they remain friends with you as usual. didn't look at you as an ordinary person or not.

"Y/n, have you ever asked your sister again about you wanting to sing?" Lia asked me. I shook my head as I pouted. "Y/n try to talk to her again, who knows now your sister allows you to sing." Yuna gave me advice as she smiled reassuring me.

I thought for a moment, if I talk about this again to Jihyo Unnie, will she be mad at me?

I don't want to hurt her just because I really want to sing. She's been taking care of me since our parents left us.

"I'll think about this later." I said as I smiled. "Okay. Y/n if you need help you can tell us. We are definitely ready to help you." Chaeryeong said as they all nodded smiling at me. "Thanks guys." I nodded as I smiled.

Timeskip

at house

I was looking for Jihyo Unnie, but I just remembered that she and her members were in the jype building. I sighed while thinking what to say to Jihyo Unnie about the singing audition.

I went upstairs to take a shower. After a while I went down to the kitchen to find something to eat for me. I gladly took the snacks that were on the dining table. I don't know whose this is but I'll take it anyway.

Now I'm in the living room eating snacks, turning on the tv, but my mind can't focus on the tv. I kept thinking about Jihyo Unnie and auditions.

while I was in my mind, suddenly a pair of hands covered my eyeswhile I was in my mind, "AHH!!" I screamed as I stood up and tried to let go of the hand. When I look behind me "Sst.. Hey, calm down. It's me." girl with soft voice trying to calm me.

"Mina Unnie?" I froze at her voice. How can she have such a soft voice.
