“Wow… you scared me”

“Yeah, sorry about that, have you seen Sandra?”

“She was with me but they took her, I don’t know where”.

They keep searching for her, Jack took him to where he thought she will be but she wasn’t there.

Mr. Lincoln took Sandra to his nurse and they keep doing one test to the other. They told Sandra that they are looking out for her and she shouldn’t bother that everything will be fine and that she has a fever.

“You will be fine” the nurse smiled beautifully at her making her relax.

“But I think am not sick” Sandra keeps reminding the nurse each time they come to take her to the lab.

“My boss is a kind man and will do everything to make you stay safe, all he wants is Alex not you, so he has no reason to maltreat you, you're sick, but I'm here to make sure you are fine” she runs her fingers through Sandra’s hair making her relax and thinking she’s a friend.

Sandra nodded but she wasn’t comfortable with the whole examination of her belly.

Jack and Alex walk through a large corridor leading to the pool of acid but stopped and hide when they hear footsteps approaching.

“Is Sandra” Jack whispers?

“And who is the other person”

“She's a nurse, they always check her up”

“What!” Alex muttered “so is true, oh, my God…!”

They stay still until both Sandra and the nurse walk past them.

Alex moves to get Sandra but Jack holds him back.

“What are you doing?, let's wait for the nurse to go back” they stayed in their position until the nurse walk back before they rushed into Sandra's room.

“Alex…” Sandra almost hug him before remembering what she saw.

“We have to go now” Alex held her hand but she pulled away.

“What!”

“I’m not going with you”

“You are a monster Alex” she yells looking at Jack who is also looking at her with questions in his eyes.

“What are you saying? look if you don’t come with us now, they are going to kill you,” Alex said holding her hand to pull her away from there but she refuse.

“Jack you have to stay away from him, don’t go with him, I saw him turn into a monster,” Sandra said.

“What is she talking about,” Jack asks Alex.

“Don’t mind her, she will be fine.” He turned to face Sandra and whisper in her ear.

"Listen to me, what you saw is not me, I only use it to save you but it didn’t work, so come with me because they are trying to use you for an experiment”

“What!” Sandra thought he's right because she can’t understand why they always took her to that lab.

She then agrees to go with him.

Jack only shook his head, “women…., always looking for attention, calling him a monster just because he left her for just a few days huh…” Jack muttered as Sandra now follows Alex and they were heading out of the building.
