A week later ...
Since the incident from the mathematics class, Amy's attitude towards Delilah became worse, but Delilah was too clueless to notice, and Fredrick didn't talk to her after that day either.

One Day, After School…
"Hey! Delilah, Amy told me to ask you if you have an umbrella with you?" a cute chubby girl, Yang Roupang, one of Amy's followers, walked towards Delilah who was packing her bag.
Yang Roupang looks cute, but her behavior is very much contradictory to her looks, she has a particular arrogant expression which will give one the urge to slap her across the face.
She bullies and mocks Delilah ever since she fell from the position of Amy's best friend to one of Amy's followers, besides Amy never complained about it.
" Yes, here…", Delilah passed the umbrella her father gave to her in the morning to Yang Roupang who rudely snatched it from her.
" Humph!" Yang Roupang turned around with her nose in the air and left.
Delilah sighed, all she hoped for was that Amy passes a good word for her to Fredrick, but since this is the case, what can she do? Delilah shrugged and stood up.
----------------------
Old madam Chen wants her to be independent, which is the reason she attends a lowly school like fulfilled dreams high school, there are better schools in the city, but her grandmother insisted on this one.
She's the daughter of one of the most influential businessmen in the country and here she is, walking home.
Her dad has mentioned something about keeping her safe, is making her attend this school a way to protect her? She walks to and from school every day.
------------------------------------------------
Delilah was so lost in thoughts that she didn't hear the pitter-pattering of the rain.
She indeed was walking, but really wasn't conscious of what was going on around her.
Only when the cold breeze hit against her did she felt her uniform was soaked.
" When did it start pouring", she thought, she looked around, but there's no place she could take shelter.
" Great! Just great!" she grumbled as she kicked the poodle of water on the ground, she couldn't believe this was happening, grandma will nag her to death, she never knew it was going to pour today.
Realization dawned on her, that's why dad gave her the umbrella this morning and that's also why Amy asked for the umbrella with her, grandma will definitely nag her to death if she falls ill, she couldn't think of the possibility of not escaping grandma's wrath, tears welled up her eyes.
While she was crying with her face in her hands, a black umbrella came over her head.
Delilah didn't feel the rain anymore, she frowned and turned around. Her eyes almost budged out of its socket when she saw who offered her the umbrella.
" C-Classmate Fredrick?!" she stuttered, she couldn't decide whether she was stuttering from the cold or from being shocked.
" I was nearby, I called you, but you didn't answer, more like you were unable to hear me… Are you alright?" Fredrick said as he creased his brow, he passed a black raincoat to her.
" Huh? You-You called m-me?" she was surprised he knew her name, she felt a blush crept up her face.
" Yes…", Fredrick smiled, his smile was more charming in the rain. " Please take it…", Fredrick added as he stretched out the black raincoat to her.
" Th-Thank you classmate Frederick", she took it with a shy expression and a faint blush lingered on her pale face.
Delilah was above the clouds at that moment. She was so happy, she wanted to hit her head on something. She happily wore the raincoat.
