Chapter 16

The next day ,Elisa was about to make breakfast when her doorbell rang.

Sameul was standing in front of her, he has gotten ready, from the looks of him she thought he was going to work.

Elisa hasn't completely opened the door so she just stood there without leaving the door ,"Do you have something to say ?, Mr.Miller"

"Grandpa wants to meet you before leaving to city A" Sameul speaks solemnly as he is here only for grandpa.

Elisa felt stupid of herself as she mutter the "Oh" sound under her breathe but this was caught by Sameul's eyes, his lips slightly turned up but he quickly hide his smile as Elisa looked at him,"I will be ready in five minutes", Elisa slammed the door on Sameul's face as she finished talking.

Sameul was looking outside from the window when Elisa again opened the door, Sameul strode towards the lift when Elisa was approaching him. Both of them where silent, "We are going to meet Grandpa at the airport", Sameul looked at Elisa as he speak.

Elisa just muttered a small "Hmm" then there was a deadly silence between the whole ride, Sameul was looking at Elisa from time to time but Elisa's gaze never went anywhere from window.

Grandpa was reading the newspaper in the corner of the cafe when they arrived so he didn't notice that Elisa and Sameul has already come.

"Good morning Grandpa" Elisa greet as she reached to the table where Grandpa was sitting.

With a smiling face ,"Good morning" Grandpa replied to her, She sit in front of Grandpa's chair and start pulling out some small bags, "Gramdpa these are the herbal tea this is from the Northern part of the country they said it will help to regulate our blood" Elisa handed over the small bags to Grandpa.

Elisa knows that Grandpa has a hobby of trying every kind of tea, she has bought this tea when she went with Lily.

Grandpa was very delighted by her gift, "Look you are the only one who takes care of me and knows me" Grandpa's smile reached his eye as he looked at Sameul.

"Hrmm, Hrmm..." Sameul cleared his throat because the two people is taking him as an invisible person and totally ignoring him. The both of them looked towards him for second before ignoring him again.

"When will the flight board?" Sameul asked Grandpa after finishing their breakfast.

"It will board on 8.30 am so I should check in by 7.50", Grandpa looked at his watch before he speak.

Grandpa and Elisa is walking side by side to the entrance of the airport and Sameul and Grandpa's assistant are following them.

"Don't stay angry with him, He is just like that from childhood", Grandpa looks at Elisa, "But I am not an..." before Elisa could finish her words when they heard that the passenger who are flying to city A must check in.

Grandpa and his assistant entered the Airport.Sameul and Elisa also returned after saying bye to him.

"Would you go to the apartment or office?" Sameul asks Elisa.

Elisa looked at her watch it is already past 8," I would go to the office" Elisa says without looking at him she has been in daze ever since grandpa has gone so she didn't look at Sameul.

Sameul pressed his foot on accelerator the car run fiercely kon the road, Elisa woke up from her daze she looked at him intensionally but this time he didn't look at her. His heart is like it was is in a throne, she just talks with every person but when it comes to him she always tries way to ignore him."But why?" this question is troubling him for days, "Did he do something wrong to her?" "No, in his concious memories he has never treated her badly." "But gone wrong between them?"

The car was about to reach Elisa's office so she stopped him at the junction and got off.

"Thank you, Mr.Miller for sending me to off..." Elisa said after getting off the car, but before she could finish her words the car flew very fast and in seconds was out of her sight.

Elisa clenched her fist tightly as she watched him going farther and farther away, she gave a faint smile before turning towards the building.

When she reached to the office, her shoulder collided with a person, she was walking in a daze so she didn't saw the person coming,"Sorry, sorry" Elisa speak hurriedly as she look up to the person who was smiling charmingly.

"It's okay, sometimes it happens" says the James who is trying to control his smile, Elisa doesn't get the meaning of his expression but after some time she understood that he was the one collided with her.

Elisa presses her lips tightly as she looks at him, she walks away from him. "Today, we are going to meet the clients at party" James speaks as he catches up with her step, Elisa looks at him doubtfully.

James sighs and nodes his head," We will leave the office by 4.30, for now check this documents", By saying this James went to his cabin.

Elisa was busy looking at the papers all day, when she finished looking at documents it was already half past 3, she was about to complete the arrangement of papers when she looked up and saw that James is looking at her.

Elisa looks at her watch it was only 4 pm. "Is there something else?Elisa asks in exhausted voice.
