Chapter 22 Again and Again

Through two dog hair incidents, Gu Ran had already figured out that it was a white dog, but upon actually meeting it, he realized its whiteness surpassed his imagination; it was very pure, quite beautiful.

The puppy, held by Su Qing as they got into the car, nestled in her arms like a holy infant, its face always wearing a smile.

"So cute!" Chen Ke was captivated immediately.

"Wanna hold it?" Su Qing asked.

"Yes, I want to hold it!" Chen Ke spread her arms wide.

Su Qing handed the dog to Chen Ke, both of them as cautious as a nurse passing a newborn baby to its parents.

Su Qing slightly loosened her grip, and the little white dog jumped down on its own, hopping into the back seat.

But it didn't leap into the welcoming embrace of Chen Ke, who had ample bosom, but onto Gu Ran's lap instead.

It sat squatting on Gu Ran's legs, looking up at him with a pure smile as if understanding the previous exaggerated display between the two people, looking indeed like a baby.
