Courting Stage

"Ah, Laotian you're home early," Daniel exclaimed seeing the Alpha walk in from the main door. It's still 5 pm but Laotian is now back from his usual 8 pm schedule.

"I was trying to avoid someone," Laotian mentioned, walking towards the Omega before kissing his lips briefly as a greeting. Earlier before he decided to leave work early, Tian Zi called him to report something he had done. It was a vague explanation but after the call, another call reached him from the Empire Hotel head management.

Apparently, Mo Tian Zi and his fellow companion, Fyre Long, kidnapped Alexander Jonathan Wood, a nobleman who was being detained in one of the royal suites at the hotel for familial reasons. Aside from that, the report also mentioned that a room on the 30th floor had a massive hole cut out on the window as well as the room directly below it. Of course, Laotian wasn't worried about the holes and the repairs, he was worried about Marjorie Wood coming to him and demanding for her Younger Brother to be returned.

And that was his problem, Mo Tian Zi is quite different from Mo Hanlu, he could never truly order the Young Alpha to do something unless he had a mutual feeling. Even if he met Mo Tian Zi now and ordered him to release Jonathan Wood, he doubted the Young Alpha would listen. In the first place, he doubted he would ever be able to find him.

"You're sighing. Who are you trying to avoid?" Daniel asked worriedly, hugging the Alpha to comfort him. Thankfully, the twins are sleeping along with Luangmin so he had a little bit of free time to spare. Additionally, he couldn't help but get worried because there is not a lot of time when Laotian acted like this but when he does, oftentimes it would cause huge trouble that would affect the whole family.

"Marjorie Wood. Tian Zi, he did something troublesome to that woman," Laotian replied, hugging Daniel as well since the only person who could make him feel much better whatever the situation was the Omega.

"Isn't she the woman from the aristocrat family??" Daniel asked, confused. He wondered what Tian Zi could have done for Laotian to act this way.

"Hmmm," Laotian simply hummed and this time, he buried his face against his wife's neck. It's a rare chance for him to have Daniel all by himself so without warning, he suddenly lifted the Omega and soon started walking towards the couch. Daniel was surprised at first but he instantly recovered, holding Laotian's cheeks for him to look up at him.

"Is she someone you can't beat?" Daniel asked rather seriously. Laotian was still walking but he briefly halted staring at his adorable wife in surprise because this was the first time the Omega asked him something like this. It's like he already assumed that there might be a fight happening. Normally he would ask him to find ways to settle things peacefully but now the Omega was actually asking him if he could beat Marjorie Wood in terms of power and influence.

"No such thing," Laotian chuckled and began walking again until they reached the couch where he sat and made Daniel sit on his lap. Yes, Marjorie Wood is a powerful woman, she's a nobleman after all but that doesn't mean he had no fight. He may not have been born with royal or noble blood, but with his wealth and connections, he could definitely trample two or three noble households; that including the Woods. It'll take some time but it's not impossible.

"But, she's someone I prefer not to offend," Laotian admitted. Marjorie Wood has a lot of powerful connections as well, she of course also contributed a lot to the Mo Empire's overall success so even though he could, he'd rather not do it. However, with what had happened now, depending on the situation, he might be forced to do something. Tian Zi might have been a troublemaker growing up but he is still his family. And he would do anything for his family, despite his character.

"Hmmm, so what did Tian Zi do to offend such a powerful woman?" Daniel finally asked. He heard before that Tian Zi grew up with such a terrible habit of making trouble for the family but ever since he married Laotian, there was nothing he witnessed that was labeled as extreme trouble so this would be the first time.

"I'm not quite sure but the report told me he kidnapped Jonathan Wood together with that Omega, Fyre Long, and created a hole on the glass window of Empire hotel at the 30th and 29th floors by doing so," Laotian replied helplessly. Of course, he doubted the Young Alpha actually kidnapped Jonathan Wood because the two had been close friends since childhood but for Marjorie Wood, that is probably the case. That's why he decided to leave work early so that the woman won't have a chance to meet him, thinking she could talk to Hanlu instead of him.

"Wait what? A hole in the glass window?? Kidnapped?? But aren't they friends??" Daniel asked never been so confused at the mention of the glass window.

"Yes, they are. Although they said it's kidnapping, Tian Zi and his Omega friend were probably rescuing Jonathan Wood," Laotian replied as his warm palms slowly crept inside his wife's torso. It's been months since Daniel had given birth to the twins and they were just able to do it again, but he still has excess skin on his stomach creating a small belly fat on the area. And to be honest, Laotian loved it so much that he constantly kept playing with it whenever he could. Even more so when it comes to lovemaking, the way Daniel's small belly fat folds and waves every time he thrusts inside his wet cavern makes it look sexier than ever.

Just thinking about it now despite his conversation with the Omega, lit up a fire within him.

"L-Laotian, what are you thinking so suddenly?" Daniel stuttered, blushing all the way to his neck and ears when he felt his husband's member slowly turn hard against him. Since Laotian had always been big, half- erection on him would be enough for him to notice, especially when he's sitting on the Alpha's lap. Not to mention, the way Laotian stares at him so suddenly looks like he wanted to devour him then and there.

"Nothing. I'm sorry, this is just a natural reaction when you're on top of me," Laotian apologized but continued to caress Daniel's torso anyway before he pulled him closer so he could bury his face on his wife's currently milk-filled chest. Meanwhile, hearing his husband's reply, Daniel blushed even more before he let the Alpha do what he wanted.

"Then should I stop being on top of you from now on?" Daniel joked, caressing Laotian's hair as he indulged the Alpha. This is just their normal cuddle session but every time he just couldn't help his heart from pounding fast. He knew that Laotian knew this, that's why the Alpha kept on teasing him.

"No way. This is the only time I can have you. Are you going to take this away from me too?" Laotian pouted, acting like a child. If anyone saw this they would have fainted due to the shock but for Daniel, it's recently been a constant matter that he no longer acts surprised seeing it. Instead, he just giggled pinching the Alpha's nose before showering his face with soft feathery kisses.

"Of course not, I was just joking, don't pout," Daniel cooed, earning a satisfied smile from Laotian. As long as it's Daniel, he didn't mind acting shamelessly especially when he now had 3 little guys competing with him for the Omega's affection. If the three others could use their faces for their advantage, then he sees nothing wrong with him using his face as well. After all, he was the original, the other three are just photocopies of his face.

"With that said though, Tian Zi and Fyre are really close. Don't you think the two of them will end up falling for each other anytime soon? I think they get along pretty well," Daniel mentioned suddenly. He honestly liked Fyre. Even though the Omega looks a little wild, when Daniel talked to Fyre, he found out that he was actually nice. It's probably early to consider but Daniel didn't mind Fyre becoming one of the Mos. He thought he's the perfect person to handle Mo Tian Zi's overwhelming presence.

"Aren't they lovers already?" Laotian replied uninterested. But considering how his youngest brother was still hanging out with the Omega, he honestly thought the two were already lovers. He had never heard Tian Zi together with an Omega before due to him being extremely sensitive to pheromones so there was no other explanation for why the two would stay together this long even after Jordan Bronson's case ended long ago.

"That's what I thought too at first, but Fyre denied it strongly. Even though they look so good with each other and they almost kissed you know, I saw them by the kitchen. I don't see why they would hide it if they are in a relationship," Daniel said remembering the scene he witnessed. If he wasn't there, he was sure the two would kiss.

"Hmmm," After listening to his wife's words, Laotian hummed thinking, "then maybe they're at the courting stage? Testing it out to see if they'll work? I heard kids do this kind of thing these days," He added with a rather serious expression forgetting that Daniel and Tian Zi are in the same generation.

"Ahh! That's probably it. I hope they figure out their feelings for each other soon. I'm always excited to have a new member of the family. It's good to hear there'll be three of us later on," Daniel replied excitedly.

"Three?" Laotian asked, confused.

"Yeah. None in the Mo Family tree had ever married an Omega before, so I would feel happy if you three brothers all married Omegas," Daniel mentioned. He and Laotian already talked about it before, about why no one in the past married Omegas but now, things have changed.

"It's sad that Omegas are treated with such contempt in world history after the first Omega was born but things have changed now. Alphas can now be proud of marrying Omegas like me, so I hope Tian Zi would find his own happiness. But of course, it'll be his choice in the end," Daniel added with a bright smile. It's sad that the past generation family members of the Mo household had to avoid or leave their Omega lovers to marry someone of high social status just because Omegas are looked down upon but the world has truly changed now. Alphas and Omegas are the only ones who can create a soul bond, no one should have ever denied that. They normally couldn't resist the pull but it's regrettable that people in the past had to resist and avoid that.

"Hmmm, but let's stop talking about them. They'll figure it out all on their own without our help. So I want all of you to focus on me now, both body and soul," Laotian nodded but later tightened his grip on Daniel's bare torso. Past is past, he didn't care what had happened long ago or what would happen to Tian Zi's relationships, all he wants is just to be with Daniel, enjoy and savor the moment until the end.

"Ahh jeeze, you're never interested in other people's business..." Daniel chuckled and hugged the Alpha as well. "But I guess I love it when you're this obsessed with me. That way I'll know you'll never look at others except me," Daniel added feeling satisfied, his smile reaching from ear to ear.

"Well, do you want to know how obsessed I am with you?" Laotian replied with squinted eyes. He didn't wait for Daniel to reply before he quickly stood up with the Omega in his arms and began walking towards their room. It's a rare opportunity, there's no way he would let it slip out of his hand.
