1.51 On the Balcony

I lose Uncle Fern as soon as I get to the shed. Kicking the dirt beneath me, I curse under my breath. What is this? An episode of Where's Waldo? I need to know what he's up to, damn it. What if he's here to poison my friends. Oh God. What if he planted a bomb somewhere in school?

I punch the door of the shed. Inside, someone screams from the sound. I open it suddenly and find Kier fooling around with a girl in the corner of the room.

"What the fuck?" I mutter.

The girl screams again at the sight of me and goes running out of the shed. Kier just smoothens his uniform, smirking as if nothing happened.

I approach him with narrowed eyes, "Please tell me that girl was your fiancee."

"Nope. She's not." Kier replies, his eyes amused and sad at the same time.

I gape at him in shock.

"Well, you've got a lot of explaining to do, mister." I tell me, "I mean, not to me, but to your fiancee."

"Didn't realize you were such a staunch advocate of monogamy, Dina," he tells me.
