Even one hundred Disk Formation leveler working together probably could not be able to cut off the connection. 

Because it is magical in nature and it is not a matter that could be severed by physical power.

But as for Divine Comprehension leveler, it is the easiest thing to do. Because they could manipulate and alter the properties of the laws of the Universe.
