haunted basement

the story starts with a couple that has been married recently sam and Julia they wanted a new house to start their new life as a married couple the wife Julia sees many homes the real estate agent shows her many houses but all were too expensive and out of their budget after sam and Julia lost hope to find their new home where they can raise their children currently they were living in the apartment of 3 room they wanted a house where their children can grow up Julia seems to lost hope when Julia was sitting in the on the sofa and thinking of contacting more estate agent to find a cheap house but liveable when she started to check to magazine newspaper and other stuff she notices there is a black card of a real estate agent she has never seen this card before she flips it there was a contact number strangely no address to the office she steps the card aside to later ask his husband if he has received it from someone and started to again look for new houses and estate agent.

in the night his husband return exhausted he come and just lay on the sofa Julia come and ask him how was the day and if he find a suitable home sam reply " honey after work I have gone to check the house with the estate agent but was not able to found a house within our budget maybe we should increase our budget.

Julia reply " we already have increased it that much how more we can increase it "

sam " then what we can do we are trying our best it just look like we will not be able to find a good house "

Julia get depressed as well she remembers the card and gives it to her husband to see if he has taken this card from someone he also does not remembers that he has taken this card from but he say to Julia how about we give it this a try as well Julia agrees and sam call the number someone picks up sam say to him he wants to see a house that is inside his budget then the estate agent reply he has just the right house for them sam and Julia get happy sam to ask him when he can come to his office agent reply " you do not need to come just give me a location I will come to you and we can go from there sam agree and give him his apartment address and tomorrow then we will go to the house "

NEXT DAY :

sam and Julia wake up and get ready to see the house in their heart there was hope that this was going to be it when Julia and sam sat to have breakfast sam say to Julia

sam: it better worth me taking a day off the work I hope the estate agent is not like others do not try to rip us off

Julia: it will be fine do not worry about it we will find a home if this house does not what we want or is too expensive we will turn down the offer and look for another house do not lose hope we will find a wonderful house that our child will have a lot of room to run and if it a boy then we will decorate his room with a spaceship theme how about it.

sam burst into laughed: honey seeing you this happy I will find a home for you and what if it girl?

Julia: stop teasing me get ready it time agent will be coming suddenly a car horn sound was heard

Julia: look did I not tell you it is time now get ready

sam to get up fast and started to get ready

Julia also take her stuff and with sam they both head out of the apartment when they reach the car they see an old man with a black car sam and Julia stop suddenly to make sure if it is the estate agent or not the old man has come out of the car took off his hat and greet sam and Julia by saying " hi my name marks you must be sam and Julia I am the estate agent you call "

sam gets surprised and shakes their hand with the marks by saying " hi I sam this is Julia we were the ones that calls you please wait I will get the car so we can leave "

mark" there no need you can go in my car and we will just take a quick look at it and return here

sam and Julia see each other

Julia, I am not sure we do not want to cause you the trouble we can follow you in our car "

mark " okay no problem just follow me this house will be your last trust me

sam and Julia started to laugh and get in the car and follow him after 1 hour they arrive at the house it was far away than they imagine but it was not just any house it was a big house it was in need of repair and had a huge field where different types plant were planted and Julia like it there was a small cattle house as well when they look around it was perfect for them but there was one concern in Julia mind she says to mark why this house was not sale looking at it I have known it is far away but it a good house with field and stuff

mark " it was because a farmer sale it to me it was a great to deal for me so I buy it and you are the second person that I come with to show the house you are lucky I am telling you"

sam ask to mark what happened to the first person you show them

mark " oh no they live here few days but they do not like it "

Julia " where are they now do they found a house "

mark " who known where they are maybe they have found a house "

Julia gets concerned and says to sam that something is fishy

sam does not pay that attention to Julia concern and started to talk about the price mark give him a price sam get shocked and go to Julia and say to her the price is right on the spot if we get this house it will be a catch Julia insisted to stop and look more into it but sam thought she just getting worrier for nothing and convince her to buy the house they agree to buy house mark ready the paperwork he says in 1 week this house will be your "

The next day they buy the house and move into the house they were both happy because it was their dream house but little they have known that their dream was going to turn into the nightmare
