Invitation

People in the ruin are slowly adapting to new technology, the children and even the adults undergo learning. Everyone is entitled but not forced to learn, so if they chose to, they would be given time and schedule.

On a corner, a merchant was using a handheld glass tablet able to see his product prices and look into his earnings and inventory all in a single device. It amazes both visitors and merchants who don't know the device.

The scene at the ruin is very abnormal. A merchant on a tent using advance technology which he himself or herself don't know how it works but is able to use it with the supervision of Hermes. A version of AI which citizens can access in a limited way.

Slowly the Snow Fort citizens started to be curios and slowly learn the basics, and the children were now specially trained and schooled just like a citizen from Tron Federation. Zion would hope for them, the generation to be the one who will manage what they are building today.

As life continue not only in the Ruin but all around Dark Forest, migration started. Those who are original citizens from the Fort are slowly given their spots in Atlantis as the first phase of the city was already done. At far, the ground level up to 3rd floor on some other areas was the only structures at the moment. Some small building and warehouses that will serve as residence and resources depot are all build and ready.

They also started to accept visitors and even merchants at the city which shocked others, day by day people in the ruin diminished as the majority of the people were transferred to Atlantis. Construction is non stop at Atlantis, both human and machine work together in batches. Though structures are built in the ruin it was made not to deform or damage anything in the ruin, it was a special instruction from Zion as he wanted to preserve the original Ruin, which is now part of their History. There is also a monument left, a miniature image of the bustling Ruin a top a stone platform protected in a dome glass. There is also a signboard not far from the monument that instructed everyone that the people is transferred to a new location which is Atlantis. On the Ruin is also a station in which they could ride to Atlantis city with a very affordable fare. Animals and even their own carriages and transportation will be able to ride.

Not far from the Ruin is a dome like structure protected by soldiers and inside is a construction site, on what structure their constructing is yet to be known.

Golden Sand City

"What is the meaning of this Emissary Lexon. I tasked you to monitor every detail, but why is this huge undertaking just recently discovered? How come a city construction as big as this can hide from our best spies?" King Barabas, thrown his wine cup after reading the report in the letter presented by the shaking Emissary Lexon.

"Sire, forgive me. The spies and informants have told me that they built the city without connection from outside, they might have sourced their materials somewhere around. Up until the roads to the city was almost connected to the Ruin, sultanate, and the Neutral cities there has no to know of it. It seems that them hiding the construction is deliberate." Even with trembling knees, Lexon braved to explain as he has no excuse for his unfortunate situation.

"Then what of their agreement with us?" The angry King was furious but many question troubled his mind and needs to be answered so he controlled himself of not killing Lexon.

"Sire, no news on their side at this moment but rumors has spread that proclamation of the young Lord's rule as a sovereign would happen this year." Lexon still trembling can only answer truthfully to appease the king's anger.

"A new kingdom under my feet? How brave and Foolish. Prepare the ministers for a meeting. As for you...." The king ordered and gazed at Lexon while kneeling in tremble.

"If not for your familiarity with the area, I would have chopped your head hear and now but you are still needed. Prove to me that you are worthy and I will at least spare your life, but never ever think of running from me or you will suffer until you beg for your life to end." The King angrily said and walked out of the throne together with his royal guards.

Snow Fort

"Sire, we have a very interesting rumors from merchants and travelers from the Ruin. A new King is rumored to be proclaimed, also a new city has been built at the edge of Dark Forest where Lake Holon lays."

"A new kingdom in the Dark Forest? Ahahaha... Do these bunch of children and some tribal people think of politics as child's game? Shameless Fools....Send report to the capital immediately, task my scouts to infiltrate the area and report back any information they could get." Melson could not hide his amusement of the report but curious of what might happen so he tasked his men to investigate as he was also currently bored.

Red Leaf City

Argon Luther was with his family when he received the letter of invitation from Zion and discussed it with his family and his royal guard commander.

"Sire, is the proclamation too early? the last time we are there, the people are still living in tents and temporary shelter, is the letter fake or there is a miscommunication from the other side?" His royal guard asked as they are confused of the invitation.

"The letter could not be faked as it was delivered by flying machine I am familiar with that only them could have. We all have the same sentiments but we cannot question the young lords decision, All I can do is support him to the best that I could do. And I believe in him, I know that he is a very capable person. He has his reason of this and the answer lays in him only."

Sultanate

Each sultan received the same letter, though Zion could just send a notification on the communication devices in possession by each Sultan, he chose the traditional and formal way of inviting which would be by paper letter. They have already anticipated the news but was still excited after receiving the letter themselves.

The Sultans was the most active and most critical during the development of the city. They have hidden the information well to the outside and at the same time provided the mining of some resources needed in the construction. With the help of heavy machineries they completed the task with very few and minor setbacks.

Some were neutral and other curious of the invitation like the the distant south territories of Protectorate of Aroseimia, Duchy of Pindejia and Grand Duchy of Meungnia. But not all were happy. Banawe Kingdom was the most angry and disappointed, Luxlor is curious but adamant on their stand that it was more than just a nuisance.
