As for the ministers and nobles who admitted to their mistakes their punishments are reduced and fortunately everyone seems to cooperate.}

"That is true, but unforeseen events might put us to instinction. Base on our knowledge and data from our civilization, these probability is not zero and we need to be prepared to avoid harm and danger and even Instinction. That is why the creation of these new Fusion reactors will hasten our development. If you have observed that our kingdom is not dependent on any wealth but of energy, in the future, energy will be the most important necessity, second would be merit which is equivalent to wealth in this current era, knowledge and intelligence, both can be acquired by everyone under Urza."

"Our only advantage is that we already have sufficient data to achieve the technological advancement we have before we arrive here, and the history of humanity was all it was needed to achieve those goals. We do not need to go over those same history that we experience but we only need the energy and manpower to do it. Even the manpower will only be second if we can have the energy to produce helpers like machines, drones and robots."

"So in short, those who would work in their own interest would not be able to access the benefits in Urza kingdom?" Rygorn reconfirmed his thoughts.

"Exactly, they will not be forced to join our cause but they will not be able to access the things that a person that is part of the cause and contributed in achieving it. In truth, our past civilization is much stricter and authoritarian, but it benefited everyone does no one disagrees on the policies. Except for other races and other distant human civilizations that has different thinking from us."

Rygorn and his officers enjoyed their companion with Zion during their meal. Meanwhile somewhere in the dessert Camps were put up.

"Sire, Our informants from the north delivered news, that only a handful of the cities would support the army. Also there is no revolt from the nobles, here is the copy of the rules and regulations that we acquired, this device would be powered by mana stone or your own mana." His officer reported as he was in his meal.

"Then what of my brother and my relatives?" Delfin was on low spirit and does not seem to like his meal as their resources was slowly diminishing and their hope of reuniting the Banawe army is bleak.

"All prisoners of war including the king were in the force labor, they are forced inside a Mechanized golem and seem to be forced to work in construction sites. Some of the Barabas royalties who have direct involvement in the war have also been forced to work, while the others are held in their camps for a while then released, but they seem to be going back and fort to the Urza facilities, on what their doing, we could not get details of as it was guarded strictly."

"Then what of my request?" Delfin halted to eat and gazed at the officer.

"They have not agreed and instead, insisted that every day passed by they will increase our severity of punishment by 100 gold, and according to the testimonies we acquired from the prisoners themselves, they gain merit points and can be exchanged into monetary funds to buy their freedom."

"Sire, deserters increased everyday, and our resources..." the officer reminded Delfin but he was reprimanded immediately.

"Alright, tomorrow we march to the capital."

"Send a letter of our surrender."

Golden Sand City

{Sire, Delfin's army has arrived and according to the letter, all other soldiers recruited outside of the cities along the river are dismissed and returned to their city.}

"Alright, bring me Delfin, Anthony and all the generals and officers of their army."

Not long everyone was gathered in the throne room.

"The orange shirt and the you have in your arms and legs are sign of defeat and embarrassment, but I think the opposite. You have only did what you think is beneficial to your kingdom but by doing so include also the responsibility and consequences." Delfin and Anthony stood still with pride as they faced Zion who was in his winged throne.

"I will give you another chance.. Come under me and Route the remaining cities that oppose me in the entire Banawe kingdom and I will give you your freedom." Zion said with a smirk while the generals and the soldiers look at both Delfin and Anthony.

"Your highness, you opt to return our freedom? Then will be able to choose to leave or stay including our family and relatives?" Delfin asked still skeptical.

"You are mistaken..." Zion said teasing again the both of them. "I will give you not only freedom but a chance to rule again. For you and the others this might be an unfortune but you should be grateful as being under Urza kingdom would usher every cities in a new level of progress." As Zion was saying projectors showed the developments they have in just a month, farming techniques, construction of bridges, roads and other logistics have already started.

"Though our system and style of government is not favorable to the wealthy and nobles, rest assured that the development you will achieve will be looked up by other countries and kingdoms."

The first week of negotiations from remaining unconquered cities was a bit chaotic. Some of the cities that does not have good relationship with the ruling Barabas in the past submitted without question to Urza after knowing of the defeat of Barabas Royal Family, and for those who are loyal to Barabas rule was confused of why the brothers were requesting for them to submit to foreign rule, at first some of them rebelled but after a few city raids and defeats, the others knew they have no strength to oppose thus subsequently submitted.

Finally the whole of Banawe kingdom was ultimately conquered by Zion and Urza kingdom. Radical changes has been implemented which at first became chaotic but after it settled after a year when people and even the wealthy have seen the progress the skeptically thought would not happen. After two years the people begun to embrace the new rules and slowly realized it's great impact. The slaves was all freed, the poor was elevated in standing and everyone has now the choice to do what they wanted.

Farming, Construction and other jobs that is traditionally have been thought to be jobs for lower class are now slowly appreciated, everyone can now choose to be a farmer because of the technological leap. Farmers job now is to supervise, oversee and research. They help in manual labor just to experience how the process works and apply it to their research. As all citizens have Universal Basic Income they won't have to work to survive, instead they work for merit, and even simply because they love what they are doing. Of course work is still a mandatory but you can choose the time and date for your work. From 10 hours a day, it became 5 hours after a year the Urza Law was implemented. And finally you only have to work a total of 100 hours in a month. And the rest you could do whatever you want.

A new launch site was constructed at the center of the desert. by its completion, Urza kingdom was finally able to send larger payloads and send larger satellites. They have sent many in the past but it was all small sized satellite just enough to accommodate communication and simple mapping, but now they send powerful satellite that have better camera, communication capabilities and even started to explore the solar system and other nearby stars.
