On the high platform in the Outer Sect square, several Elders stood observing the crowd below. These were Outer Sect Elders, different from those who had initially appeared.

Following their introduction, Zhao Changming, the Outer Sect Law Enforcement Elder, or Fourth Elder, spoke about the rules governing the Outer Sect.

Later, Cai Yin, the Outer Sect logistics Elder, also known as the Fifth Elder, detailed the provisions and rations. Rewards would be based on contributions.

Li Taixing made a mental note of the roles and responsibilities of the five Elders, understanding what would be expected of him.
