I woke up to an arm across my waist and him spooning me. I could get used to this. His face was deep in my neck and his breath was hitting it like tiny kisses going straight to my coochie.

Yeah, I need to get laid.

We had ended talking for way longer than expected, next thing you know I was half asleep making myself comfortable in his bed. I don't recall how he got here though. Come to think of it, I must have been doing all the talking because I only know his name and the people from downstairs are his parents.

I looked at my phone and it was about 6 AM.

I slipped out of bed, careful not to wake him, and left his room. Getting to my room, I got out of those clothes and took a long hot shower ready to start a new day. Today's outfit was a one-piece full-body suit that showcased my figure and some Jordans. All my natural curls and curves were out today. Maybe I will see him again but first I need to see mom.

When I got to her room, I found that she was not alone. He looked so sad I kind of felt bad despite the fact that he had abandoned us.

"Hey, Daddy," I said trying to lighten the mood as I made my way in.

"Amelia. With the way you kids use that phrase loosely, I prefer if you didn't use it with me" He replied up looking at me.

Gotcha.

He was sitting by her bedside holding her hand and leaning into her. If I didn't know any better I'd say they were having a silent conversation.

"How is she doing?"

"Doctors say her body is gaining strength every day and soon we should be able to wake her up. The swelling in her brain has gone down. How are you doing?"

"I miss her every day, I can't wait to tell her all the gossip of this place."

"She misses you too"

"Yeah right. Like you know anything about her. Please leave, I want to spend some time with her privately just me and her like it's always been."

Mom would yell at me for how rude I was being to her lover. Maybe if she hears me angry she will wake up sooner. Long shot but it's work a try.

He got up, kissed her forehead, and left the room without saying another word.

*Little did Amelia know. Her mom and mate could communicate with each other despite her being in a coma. Oops.*

I spent several hours or what it felt like with mum, telling her about my day and meeting Q and how everything was going so far. In the end, I just held her hand till I eventually dozed off.

When I woke up, I could feel him staring at me, I had already explained the whole situation with mum so have him here even though stalker-like was sweet.

"You can come in, you know"

"Sorry I didn't want to take away your time with her,"

"How long have you been here?"

"I kind of felt you leave my room so I got changed and came to find you as soon as I could"

"I'll introduce you as soon as I can but for now we can go and have breakfast or something if you want," I said as I stood up making my way to him.

"I'd like that."

He held my hand and walked with me till we got to the kitchen area and found James and Lina being all cute and shit.

"Look who we have here," smirked James" Q I hope she isn't pregnant man. I'm still too young to be an uncle."

"JAMES!" scolded Lina while thumping the back of his head.

All I could do was blush.

"We didn't do anything," I said.

"Ah, even worse how swollen are your balls right now man," said James as he burst out laughing.

"Sorry about him, he is usually annoying in the morning." Lina apologized.

"Don't worry about him, "Q said as we sat down beside them, "I will deal with him in training."

"What are you guys training for?"

"Yeah Quade what are we training for?" asked a smug-looking James.

Before he could respond, his parents walked into the kitchen, holding hands.
