Lightning and Fire Given Form(REPOSTED)

I have decided to repost this under the same name. This was my first FF so the quality left to be desired. Mostly the same while fixing huge plot holes, spelling, and grammar.

Meeting with Humans.

For the next week, the higher-ups of Grigori were getting ready to get ready for the first major meeting of gods in centuries. It had been a very long time since all the pantheons had met up and when Kurayami sent out the invitation they all would go.

Plus, Grigori had two Dragon Gods backing it up not to mention Xargomoth who had power and experience from his time in Hell. Just the knowledge that Kurayami gained from Hell made it not so bad for him to have been sentenced there.

It was an endless battlefield and from what his pet demon had told him if he survived and did not get eaten he could have become a demon as well. If he was lucky, even a Demon Lord which was pretty high in the demon hierarchy.

Right now he was sitting in the Headquarters of Nato meeting up with the 30 country leaders seeing their funny names. None of them were the same as his world as the American president was named Mathew Bell.

All of them had their own supernatural organizations and they all had their guards who had sacred gear. Next to the president was Magnus Rose a Logninous Holder. Next to the British Priminisot was Meredith Ordinton another Logninous holder who was hired for this.

She was there out of necessity as even though she had no love for the people who refused to give her Royalty, she was offered it if she came here. As for British Priministor, it was a woman named Isabelle Garza and she did not look too afraid.

She looked to be still trying to come up with some plan to not become slaves to Kurayami. Behind Kurayami were the Abyss Dogs, Azazel, Azrael, Ares, Shin, Rebellion, and Baraqiel. Sitting on his lap was Ophis while on his shoulder sat Xargomoth looking at the two new Logninous wielders with curiosity.

"Alright, let's deal. I am Kurayami Himejima and I am the current Governor-General of Grigori. I took over from Azazel just a few days ago. I set up this meeting to inform you of what I did to this planet and why your nukes were disappeared."

That made all of them look at him with anger as those were their trump cards. Nukes were humanity's greatest weapons and being without them made them feel vulnerable. The American president sat down and lit up a cigar to calm himself.

"So where are our nukes and what did you do to them?"

Kurayami looked at him and smiled.

"I destroyed them. It would be too simple to just nuke the world and destroy it with what I have planned. Do you want me to explain the science or the magic behind what I did?"

The Canadian Primenistor looked to be about 50 and was fairly strong in human terms as he was a sacred gear holder.

"So what do you have planned for this world? We can't do anything to you can we? What are your terms and what do you want?"

Many more of them all looked at Kurayami waiting for what he wanted. At the same time, he felt Magnus and Meridith were locked on Kurayami, trying to find an opening to kill him. Too bad that Shin was locked on them and would kill them before they could blink.

"Well, first we need to talk about what I did? First is a demonstration. Rebellion do you mind?"

She bowed and walked in with a rat. A simple pet rat anyone could get from a pet store and immediately it looked at Kuayami as she put it down. It ran to Kurayami and crawled up his leg to his other shoulder.

All the world leaders looked at the rat a little confused, but soon it started. It started to get bigger and stronger. It was at first a pure white rat, but it started to turn black, its eye glowed red, its claws grew in size and its teeth sharpened.

Soon it was the size of a cat and it did not look like it would stop. Rebellion picked up the rat from his shoulder as the big rat now did not look cute. It looked cool and a little noble as his aura was only beneficial and not negative to the animal.

"I did this to the whole world. This was just a simple rat and in the coming months, every single animal and the magic creature will undergo the same thing. Meaning, beast tides. Imagine a polar bear the size of a tank that breathes ice. Tigers, that can shrug off bullets and tank rounds. That is your future. Any questions."

They all looked at the rat that Rebellion held in her arms and they knew they were fucked. that was just a tiny rat and now the thing looked like it could bite off someone's hand. Especially the counties with a lot of animals were worried.

The German president looked at him with pure horror.

"What do we do? We will be killed by our own pets if that is the case."

Kurayami looked at the rat and smiled.

"Well good news for you. Any animal you tamed will not lose its mind. A dog will be just as loving as it once was. Meaning as long as you didn't abuse the poor animal, you should be fine. I plan to hold a meeting with the rest of the gods here. You are welcome as this involves your future."

Azazel walked forward as he coughed to get attention.

"Well now that the Governor-General demonstrated what will happen soon, It's time to deal. I am Azazel, former Governor-General now head researcher of Grigori. We decided to help you to set up some Sacuaries to prepare for the future beast tides. They will be deadly I can assure you."

Magnus Rose looked at the president who nodded giving him the room. The caucasian man walked in front of Kurayami looked at him with pure hatred. Kurayami did not know why, but he wondered.

"Did you lose someone in that earthquake?"

Magnus did not react as he did not. He was around his wife at the time and he managed to protect her and the people around him in the earthquake. He was mad for the sake of the ones who did not manage to be saved.

"No. I did not, but what about all the people who died in that earthquake. Do you no understand how many you killed?"

Ophis looked at him with an unimpressed look as she saw his useless anger as annoying. She just sat back into Kurayami's chest as she ate her donuts.

"I believe the number was 650,354,893 souls. Give or take. It was less than I expected, but if I did not do anything, the humans would have nuked themselves to death. I just sped up the process. I mean just look at America with its greed for oil."

Everyone looked at the president as Kurayami did have a point. Magnus did not think the number was so large and he was even madder now. The president snapped his fingers calling Magnus off making them man agree.

Azazel called them all to attention again.

"Well every one of your countries should choose a place where you think will be a good place to set up sanctuaries cities. I suggest away from the sea as the sea creatures might come to land after they evolve. Ares, Azrael, you got anything to add?"

Ares walked forward and as he was dressed in full war armor for intimidation he was quite effective.

"I am the god of war Ares and I can say Olympus will work with the American Government. It currently is our home base so we would hate to have to move. That also includes some training for the civilians as they will need it."

Azrael nodded.

"The god is right. If it is just your armies they could hold out for a time, however, how many people are in your armies. How long before they can no longer keep up with the endless tide of beasts out for your deaths. You can conscript more, but that still has limits."

The leader of Italy looked at Azrael and sighed.

"So we need to spread our knowledge of magic we have to the civilians and conscript more of them to fight. If the tides will be as large as you say, our armies will not hold for long without our nukes. Can we get those back by the way?"

Kurayami shrugged.

"You can make more, but I threw the nukes you had into a spacial storm. Even I can't get those back. I recommend you keep nukes to a down low as you never know when you might accidentally make a Godzilla. I am not kidding."

That made them frown as if they made a Godzilla they might just die faster. Azrael spoke up again as he explained a bit better some of the pantheons.

"Well, you got a few months before the while world is swarmed by magic beats so your guns and bombs will still work for a time. After a certain time, they will be as good as pea shooters again bulletproof skin."

This meeting lasted several more hours as all of the countries agreed to work together to set up their sanctuaries cities. They were pressed for time as they did not have their nukes meaning their armies would have to be rallied ASAP as soon their weapons would be useless.

The meeting with the other pantheons would take place in North Korea as Kurayami planned to make it the new base of operations of Grigori after killing all of the Kom family and their supporters.

At this moment messengers of Grigori went to every pantheon and talked of a grand meeting in a few weeks to plan for the future. Of course, the leaders of their countries were allowed to come to prepare for the future.

Once the meeting was done Kurayami and his followers returned to the Underworld through a portal he set up. He also snapped his fingers and from his shadow, Atakan stood behind him angry as usual.

"Go and kill off the entire upper class of North Korea. That will be our new base after a time. I bet I can win over the people to join Grigori as our first major conscription to become fallen angels."

The Black Nightmare had a large smear on his face as he teleported away to do his job. As brutal and slow as possible. He was going to take his time as torture, would make their souls all the sweeter.

Kurayami left to his room as he had been avoiding his mother like the plague for the past week with the excuse he was busy. As for Akeno, Lavinia, Artemis, Scathach had been trying to take some of the blame as they had added more runes making the situation worse.

Kurayami entered his home was was strangely empty as most of the inhabitants were busy training to prepare for the future. In the living room where all of the girls as Serafall, Rossweisse, and the others had returned after talking to their people.

Shuri was sitting on the couch as she looked at Kurayami with all of the girls around her. She looked at Kurayami with barely restrained anger, but she tried to relax.

"Can you explain to me why you thought it a good idea to turn the world into a breeding pit for monsters?"

Kurayami removed his glasses as he had placed them on again.

"It was my plan from the start. This planet is better off in the hands of nature than the humans as they were killing it slowly. If anything I did them a favor as they would have fought another world war soon with how things were going."

She looked at him as tears went down her face.

"You killed millions."

Akeno stood in front of her and shook her head.

"No, he didn't. We did. He had asked us himself if we all would allow his plan and we all did. Not one of us said a thing to stop him and I even helped him. I hold as much blame as he does."

Raynare stood up and nodded.

"I agree with her. Kurayami is as much to blame as the rest of us for not stopping him. However he is right, the world was on a slow decay and the supernatural race is on the decline. Now, we can get stronger and save this dying planet."

Shuri looked at the girls and wiped her tears.

"At what cost. What about your humanities?"

Kurayami sighed as he knew while his mother was a fallen angel, she was born and still felt human. He walked up to her and hugged her as he looked forward.

"This is just how things need to be. I don't have a choice and one day you will see this world will be better for what I did. I am not leaving them out to die, and I am offering them help. Now, excuse me."

Kurayami walked to his room while the girls all followed him except for Akeno. She looked at Kurayami and smiled.

"You go on. I will join you soon."

Kurayami nodded and once he and the girls were in his room he looked out the window with a frown. Esdeath patted him on the shoulder and leaned on his shoulder.

"You always had a soft spot for your mom. Even now seeing her disappointed hurts you right?"

Kurayami nodded.

"My first parents saw me as the spawn of satan and she gave me nothing but love. Of course, I would feel that way."

Xargomoht jumped off his shoulder and sat on the bed while his creepy eyes looked around.

"Satan is one of the Princes of Hell. Quite a dick."

All the girls looked at the little demon who they did not know could speak. He couldn't, but it only took him a week to learn how to speak normally."

Raynare picked him up and looked at him with interest.

"How strong is he?"

"Stronger than master and me."

The girls expected that as Kurayami was the strongest in this world, he was still weaker than his master and her brother. Esdeath who was a demon was the most interested in Hell.

"What is your level Xargomoth?"

The demon thought about it and answered her question.

"I was considered a High Demon. In terms of the hierarchy, I was Below a Greater Demon so I was mid-class. Very weak. The offer my lord gave tempted me and the weaker demons, but the greater ones require greater offers. Planet's worth."

The girls saw that Kurayami was not interested in a stronger demon.

"Interesting, so people do summon these Princes of Hell right?"

The demon nodded.

"They offer their services to the strongest beings in exchange for souls. Hell is connected to all realms where all souls go in time. Except the ones destroyed even if they are in a 'Hell', it is only a copy of the original."

Ophis looked at the demon and picked him up.

"How strong?"

Xargomoth shook his head.

"I don't know. I was weak in the hierarchy so much stronger than me."

Kurayami just smiled as he kind of wanted to meet these Princes of Hell. At the same time he also changed his mind, he was happy he did not go to Hell. he was skilled as a human, but what are the chances he won't be eaten right away.

Now he had to prepare for his meeting with the gods which involved all of them. Even the lesser pantheons from around the world. He was kind of excited about that as politics were fun if you could just force your will on others with pure power.

At the same time, it humbled him as if a being as strong as him was 'weak' it meant he had a long way to go in the hierarchy of power.
