I clicked my pen and asked, "What would you like today?"
The customer looked up at me and smiled. Then, they looked back at the folded, laminated paper with suggestions and answered, "I would like a medium mocha frappuccino with extra whipped cream," she paused, looking at me and back at the paper, "and a chocolate croissant, please."
"My pleasure," I muttered as I wrote down their order. With a quick click and a flip of my pen, I was off to the kitchen. I placed the order on the board just on the right wall as I walked in.
"On it," the chef, Peyton, nodded his head and I nodded back. I then walked back out of the sweet scented kitchen.
Hey, I'm Mina. This is my story. It starts off normal as always, a typical girl working to pay for her life.
