When Zack stepped through the portal and arrived on Earth, he was struck by the sudden changes that had taken place. The landscape before him was stark and unrecognizable. The terrain was barren, with an expanse of dry, cracked ground that stretched out as far as the eye could see.
Odd depressions marred the surface, forming irregular patterns that looked like the remnants of some ancient, colossal event. Rock formations jutted up from the ground at strange angles, their jagged edges creating a rugged and difficult environment. The whole scene gave Zack the unsettling impression that he had arrived above what used to be an ocean, now dried up and transformed into a desolate expanse.
The sky above was a deep, unsettling shade of red, thick with clouds that blocked any hint of sunlight. There was a heavy, oppressive stillness in the air, and the absence of wind made the atmosphere feel even more stifling and lifeless.
