She gives goosebumps all over her body.

She whispered, "Mr. Troy death. I saw his death in front of my eyes. The fairy is also the witnesses of his death too."
Belle spoke, with as much detail, about how Troy is dead. How he was killed, how the state of his body, how he's asking for help to someone to save.
"If so, why don't you save!" Basil was furious, glared at her coldly, "If you save him. The possibility he could have survived!"
And he doesn't need to go forever. Also leaving to his beloved wife and future child that he was waiting.
"I apologize, Your Highness. It is his fate to die. I can't interfere with other problems except the sacred heirloom. The ancestors and previous generations, will punish me." Belle smiled, showing her feel pity simultaneously.
"Tsk! Go away for me, Lady Belle!"
