Chapter 29- ‘You almost got us caught!'

Rowan was horrified, no matter how strong they were a small situation might get them killed or faced with a severe injury, only one Werewolf can injure another werewolf, but, if a human is sneaked in the war, the rare but a dirty tactic of the vicious werewolf, it would be a torture, the wound by a human would heal completely within a day but, scar would be left for the whole lifetime, the pain would occur every year at the same day and last the whole day the pain would be twice intense than the first one, for a werewolf that scar would be the scar of weakness, even though being much stronger than the humans they were injured by one, the pain was the frightening than anything else and considering that it would pain the whole 24 hour in war, the werewolf if incapable of enduring the pain and not rescued, he or she would be killed in the battleground itself, the situation screamed that the vicious werewolf are more likely to resort to the dirty tactics as a form of revenge for the attack in the past and the humiliation faced by them and all those suffering that was caused to them,

Rowan was troubled, going in as the Heirs would make them a clear target and the best target to take out the anger and the frustration, The leader's choice to initiate the Event was the first mistake and then leaving them alive was the other mistake, making a deal with the vicious werewolf was unheard of in the history of the werewolf other than the 'Great sin', there must never be another deal between them.

'Rowan snap out!' (Lily)*concerned*

Lily saw the various facial expressions that went past his face as he was being drowned in the pool of thoughts, fear, anger, frustration, and annoyance, Lily got extremely concerned due to this and got worried as to what was going on in his mind,

'It is unbelievable Lily!!!!' (Rowan)*frustrated*

'I know.' (Lily)*trying to calm him down*

'What the hell was the deal???' (Rowan)*annoyed*

'I don't know.' (Lily)

Rowan kept on mumbling stuff; he was annoyed, frustrated, and angry, stuffing the fact for him seemed tougher than expected, hearing Rowan question the deal got Lily in deep thought,

[What deal was it? It must be a give and take... but, what would be the possession of the vicious werewolf that The Leader would want? Is there something so attractive about the vicious wolf that the others never knew? Was it the trade of Sister Karina? No that's impossible and Karina's sis would never lie to me she was the daughter of the Leaders. Waitt........ she said she killed her mother to gain the ability of healing but, mom said that, she came to make a deal...... Karina sis's mother should be the wife of the Leader and she should have died before the final war began so, how did she appear in front of our Leaders? how? How? How?? A werewolf no matter vicious or Light can't have more than one partner and there is no way that our Leaders recognized the wrong one and there is no way for Karina sis to lie! This is so frustrating!!!!!!]

'AAARGH!!!!!!!!' (Lily)*screams*

Rowan had snapped out of his thought when he was trying to call Lily but, she didn't answer, Lily's face was filled with curiosity, which was fun to watch at first but then it started to fill with frustration, there must be something she wasn't able to understand thought Rowan, he got up and went to look around Lily's room, it had been quite a while since he looked around the room, he jumped when he heard Lily screamed,

'Whatttt??????' (Rowan)*surprised*

'Young lady, is something wrong?' (Mom's assistant)

At the voice of her mom's assistant, Lily snapped out and caught on to what was happening, if she didn't reply there was a high chance that she would come up to check on the and that shouldn't happen, Lily quickly replied,

'No, nothing, it's just, I can't find the candies.' (Lily)*nervous*

'Okay!' (Mom's assistant)

'You almost got us caught! Your father would kill me!' (Rowan)*shocked*

Rowan was on his tiptoe, after the fight the person who he was not that afraid of, her father, was now almost terrified of him, it was expected, as he experienced firsthand in the spar, which left him in a lot of pain which was unmeasurable for a whole damn day, though Lily's father treated him tenderly than before but, that didn't mean the pain he experienced had wiped away,

'Sorry' (Lily)*acting cute*

'I will let it go since you are cute.' (Rowan)*smiling*

'So, what happened? Where did your thoughts take you?' (Rowan)

'Nothing'(Lily)*nervous*

'Come on, tell me.' (Rowan)*patting her head*

Lily was nervous so, Rowan sat near her and put his hands on her shoulder, and pat her head in order to calm her down,

'It is nothing worth listening to.' (Lily)*sad*

'Why?' (Rowan)*concerned*

'It is nothing worth your time, let's talk about something else, what happened? What did your family discussions about the message told by them?' (Lily)*changing the topic*

'Nothing' (Rowan)*uninterested*

'They must have talked about something, come on tell me..' (Lily)*sulking*

'Come on girl, it was nothing important.' (Rowan)*Rowan got up from Lily's side and went near the cabinet staring at some collections of Lily*

'How can you say that? They are the Heads, they must have come up with something, it might also be something useful to us.' (Lily)*annoyed*

'Exactly! That must be something important isn't it?' (Rowan)*frustrated*

'Yeah, why are you acting like that?' (Lily)*confused*
