Aaron continued being silent after telling Genevieve what she needed to do.
Though he did watch her change after what happened, he still couldn't see in her that she wouldn't revert to a time when she was too conceited.
Genevieve was truly repentant but no matter how diligent she was with their lessons, she could tell that as compared to before she tried to fly on her own. Aaron became even more distant and a wall was suddenly built around him.
And that is something she was not used to and she found it not to her liking.
But knowing that it was her fault, she had decided to just focus and be diligent.
