Chapter 2: One who aims high

I open my eyes and cry,

"Our daughter is very beautiful, dear"

Says a person who probably is my Mother,

"Yes, she has beautiful eyes with a yellow shade, like yours."

Replied my Father,

My Mother says,

"What should we name her, dear?"

My Father thinks while putting his fingers in his chin and then says,

"Aimer, 「 One who aims high 」"

My Mother nods in agreement.

"That is a wonderful name, dear"

Says my Mother while giving a loving smile,

A few days later..

[ My name is Laplace, God of Magic and I bring this oracle to announce that a Laplace Magician has been born a few days ago. The Laplace Magician has incredible power and mana, the Demon Lord is going to be born in 20 years, so the Laplace Magician has that much time to train. ]

After the oracle, I felt incredibly dizzy and fainted shortly.

After I woke up, a lot of people were looking at me, as an infant that had been born, it is a possibility that I am the Laplace Magician.

The townspeople had been deciding which country to send me off to, since I was not born in a prominent country, instead near the outskirts of Laplace's forest.

It was decided that I would be sent off to the Meggido Empire when I turned 3 years old.

In the three years when i was in the town,

I discovered there were a lot of different human and demi human races, which were Elves which were most adept in spirits, while Dwarfs were the best in blacksmithing, Beast Men who were known for their physical prowess and use of buff magic, and the most magically adept, Humans.

I was labeled as an genius because I could talk and read at the age of 2.

I passed my time reading about magic and other people

My Mother was an ex-noble of the Fenrir Kingdom stripped of her rank because she married a commoner, a beautiful woman with black hair, yellow pupils and a advanced magician.

My Father, a commoner with a built body, a handsome face, brown hair, brown pupils and talented in the sword arts.

Before I knew it 3 years had passed,

I was reading when the knights of the Meggido Empire had arrived to come pick me up.
