This is Halloween's Nightmare

pepper looks up, gazing at a familiar building, a building that haunts him dreadfully.

'Why am I here? What happened?' pepper thought, confused of why he is near this building.

"Mnn..." A girl muttered.

pepper quickly turned to see behind him. "Who's there?" pepper said, as his eyes showed him what was there. "Kumo?!" pepper said, crouching down to wake Kumo up. "Kumo, wake up!" pepper said, shaking her a little.

"Daddy?" Kumo said, softly.

"Why are you here? You should be in the hotel." pepper said, worried if something had happened.

"I dunno... But that building..." Kumo said, becoming scared.

"Yeah... I know... That building is the one that we met reppep in, all the way in Halloween." pepper said, holding Kumo as they both observe the building.

"I don't like the monsters inside..." Kumo said, hugging pepper to feel safe.

"I know... But we won't get any answers out here... We've gotta go in." pepper said, looking into Kumo's eyes.

"Daddy... Why are there... clouds around?" Kumo asked, looking around the ground they stood on.

"Clouds?" pepper said, looking around. "Huh, you're right. Let's take a look." pepper said, standing up and walking to the clouds with Kumo.

"There's... nothing behind them." Kumo said, looking into a black void with pepper.

"What the hell?" pepper asked, unsure of what is happening. "Come on..." pepper said, walking to what looked exactly like the path they took when they first emerged in Halloween. Kumo walked close behind pepper as they got onto the path. Suddenly, monsters popped out from behind grave stones, rocks, and bushes, they began to sing the same song as before. They tried to grab Kumo, exactly as before.

"Ah!" Kumo shouted, as pepper grabbed her, saving her from the monsters.

"God damn it! I'm not doing this again!" pepper shouted, yelling over top the monsters. pepper ran straight to the building, but somehow he got there at the same point in the song as last time, even though the path wasn't any different.

pepper locked the door behind them, just like last time, both Kumo and pepper heard the monsters sing their song. One monster came out from under the bed, it continued singing where the others left off, pepper and Kumo, knew what was next and headed to the stairs, as they made it to the stairs and began to run up, one monster popped out from under the stairs, it sang too, and then spiders chased them up the stairs, and through hall ways. As pepper and Kumo ran, there were many doors that they passed, the spiders were right on their tail so they didn't have time to enter them, as they ran past the doors, monsters would pop out to continue the song. pepper got more and more nervous as they kept going.

"Please shut up! I don't like it!" Kumo shouted, beginning to cry. pepper couldn't do anything other than run. Eventually they found the door that lead into a big room, pepper accidentally pulled Kumo in a little too hard, again, and he used his own body and spider legs to hold the door shut from the spiders. As Kumo sat on the floor, the monsters came out from the shadows in the room, one rolled a pair of dice that went near Kumo's feet, as both doce rolled, only numbers could be seen on them, but they both landed on an eyeball. Kumo looked through a giant hole in the corner of the large room, she saw the moonlight poor in, as she looked at the moon four creatures flew across her view, then a few monsters walked closer as they sang, and a clown pushed all the monsters away as he sang, and then he took his face off but disappeared before she could see inside. One of the monsters walked up and crouched behind her, Kumo was too scared to turn around. The monster sang about Kumo's hair, as his hand went up from her shoulder and past her neck, he bunched up her hair and gripped tightly, Kumo knew exactly what would happen next, the monster pulled up and lifted her off the ground.

"Aaaahhh!!!" Kumo screamed, her legs kicking but phasing through the monster, looking as if he was wind. The monsters sang more as pepper watched it carry Kumo by her hair over to the large hole in the corner of the room, where there was a bridge that didn't seem to fit, pepper noticed that it's all the same as before, though maybe the song was a little faster. The monsters all sang as the wind-like monster walked, carrying Kumo by the hair over the bridge, walking closer to the throne of bones, where someone sat. The person who sat on the throne got up, their hair was blue, and they wore black clothes, as they joined into the song, pepper noticed an extremely large difference, which was that this person on the throne was female. Her voice echoed as she sang, the monsters all silenced to let her voice ring, this girl twirled and spun as she grew closer to Kumo.

'I realized something...' pepper thought, looking at Kumo. 'I can't feel Kumo's heart.' pepper thought, holding his own heart, as his body pressed against the door. The monsters began to sing again, Kumo and the girl met, and the girl poked Kumo's nose as the monsters sang, and Kumo seemed to have poofed away.

"Kumo!!!" pepper screamed, as he watched her fade into dust. The spiders quit banging on the door, and pepper ran to the bridge, as he grew closer he looked at the girl, her hair was blue, but with black hair infront of her ears and a slight bit coming down her forehead mixed with blue hair, she wore a wihite bunny ear shapped ribbon in her hair, a black sweater and a black mini skirt, and black leggings with black shoes. But to pepper, the most notable thing was that her eyes weren't normal, the white part of the eye ball of most creatures, or the sclera, was completely black, and the colored part if her eye, the iris, was completely red, followed by a black pupil. As pepper ran closer, he noticed the cage by the girl's throne.

'Is Utsu in that?' pepper thought, worried about Utsu's anxiety. 'I doubt she could handle being in this situation again.' pepper continued thinking, as he ran. pepper chose to check and feel Utsu's heart, like he did when Kure had Utsu kidnapped.

'I don't feel Utsu... but I feel... this girl.' pepper thought, as he stopped infront of the girl in black.

"Hahaha! Wasn't that memory quite fun!" The girl in black asked, laughing as she stood infront if pepper.

"It wasn't. Who are you?" pepper asked, not amused by the girl.

"Hm... Aren't you demanding." The girl said, looking up at pepper, using only her eyes. "Fine. Call me... Kutsuyon." She said, closing her eyes and thinking.

"Kutsuyon... huh?" pepper said, thinking. "What'd you do with Kumo." pepper asked, trying to stay calm.

"She's dead." Kutsuyon said, smirking at pepper. pepper's eyes screamed with anger. "Hahahaha! I'm kidding, that wasn't Kumo." Kutsuyon said, getting a kick out of pepper's reaction.

"So, then who was that?" pepper said, feeling suspicious.

"No one in particular, I made someone that looked and acted exactly like Kumo." Kutsuyon said, stepping backwards slightly.

"Wait... made?" pepper asked, confused of what she means. Kutsuyon waved her hand, and three Kumos appeared infront of her, they all looked at pepper at exactly the same time.

"Daddy!" They all three shouted, as they jumped on pepper, causing him to fall.

pepper blushed. 'I must be in heaven.' pepper thought, looking at all three of their bright smiles.

"Daddy..." The Kumo ontop of pepper said, as she looked down at pepper's chest, not letting him see her face.

"What's up?" pepper said, curious about what she wants.

"This isn't heaven." The Kumo to pepper's right said. pepper looked at her and noticed she had no face, this made pepper's body tense and his eyes widen in fear.

The Kumo to pepper's left tapped pepper's shoulder, pepper looked over. "This is hell." The Kumo to pepper's left said, blood pouring out of her eyes, ears, nose, and mouth.

"Aahhh!" pepper jumped back, in fear.

"Hehe... Hahahaha! Yes, scream for me!" Kutsuyon shouted, enjoying pepper's fear. "Oh, how long it's been since I've heard such screams from someone!" Kutsuyon continued, walking closer to pepper, as the three Kumo's disappeared.

"What the hell did you do with Kumo?!" pepper souted, his spider legs comming out.

"You still don't get it?" Kutsuyon said, as she stopped walking and shook her head with her eyes closed.

"Get what?" pepper said, not understanding.

"This is my world, I own the world inside the mind, the world of the dream." Kutsuyon said, looking intensely at pepper.

"So... this is a dream?" pepper said, thinking he understands.

"Not just any dream, this is my dream, one that only I can control and anyone who falls asleep near me is dragged into for me to play with." Kutsuyon said, turning around to look at the cage.

"What's in that cage?" pepper said, thinking he notices blue hair inside.

"I'll show you." Kutsuyon said, walking up to the cage. She lifted it with ease, so that pepper could see inside. pepper saw a girl that looked identical to Kutsuyon, they even wore the sane clothes.

"It's... yourself?" pepper said, feeling extremely confused.

"Close enough, I guess." Kutsuyon said, looking annoyed. "It's my little bitch of a host." Kutsuyon continued, looking at pepper.

"Host?" pepper said, wondering what exactly she meant.

"Yeah, host." Kutsuyon said, not answering pepper's question. "Get the fuck up." Kutsuyon said, throwing the cage pepper's direction, it collapsed into nothing and the similar-looking girl rolled to pepper's feet, as she opened her eyes.

"Hey, are you alright?" pepper said, crouching down to help the girl up. 'Wait, Kutsuyon wasn't who I felt, I assumed Utsu was in the cage, but I didn't feel anything that felt like Utsu's heart, so I assumed what I felt was Kutsuyon, but it was actually this girl.' pepper thought, as he picked her up to her feet, realizing that this girl is a female pepper and Kutsuyon is not.

"Not much of a talker, I see. That's okay." pepper said, looking at the girl, everything looked the same, the hair, the clothes, even down to the structure of her head, but there was one difference, this girl's eyes were normal, and her eyes color was green. "May I at least hear your name?" pepper said, as the girl held onto his white suit.

"...M-My name... is Kutsuyo." Kutsuyo said, so softly that pepper almost didn't hear her.

"Kutsuyo? That sounds remarkably similar to Kutsuyon, and you both look the same too." pepper said, looking at Kutsuyon.

"She's the owner of our body, but when we dream we both exist in a separate body." Kutsuyon said, making her way to the two.

"So you're like... an alternate personality?" pepper asked, trying to understand.

"No, I'm my own being entirely. It sucks that I have to live with this stupid girl, I've been alone with her for who knows how long, at least eight hundred years." Kutsuyon said, showing her dislike toward Kutsuyo.

"Then why stay with her?" pepper asked, holding Kutsuyo to protect her incase anything happens.

"It isn't like I have a choice, a couple villagers used a Demon summoning circle and placed Kutsuyo inside of it." Kutsuyon said, closing her eyes as if she could remember it herself. "Then they began to chant and she was possessed by me, and I'm now bound to her stupid soul forever." Kutsuyon said, feeling hatred for Kutsuyo.

"A Demon? I know a Demon." pepper said, thinking about Niku.

"I'm not a Humanoid Demon, I'm more of a Spiritual Demon, we're very different." Kutsuyon said, brushing off pepper's comment.

"I see..." pepper said, trying to remember that. "How did you know about what reppep did?" pepper asked, remembering what just happened.

"I can remember the memories of anyone in my dream, I have their mind at my mercy." Kutsuyon said, smirking at pepper.

"So... you just chose to use what reppep did because...?" pepper said, trying to think more about his sentence.

"Because I like his style, and it's something that haunts you." Kutsuyon said, pointing at pepper.

"I know... It was the first time Kumo was in danger, it scared me a lot." pepper said, thinking about Kumo.

"I see. You care a lot for those girls of yours, and I know you hope for Kutsuyo here to join you." Kutsuyon said, going through pepper's thoughts. Kutsuyo looked up at pepper, confused, but didn't speak.

"So what?" pepper said, not sure why it matters.

"Kutsuyo seems to feel safe around you..." Kutsuyon said, insanely smiling at Kutsuyo. Kutsuyo looked at Kutsuyon with fear, and shook her head left and right. "...Don't... please." Kutsuyo said, begging Kutsuyon.

"Your begging only fuels me, stupid girl." Kutsuyon said, still smiling.

"I won't let you hurt her." pepper said, looking at Kutsuyon intensely.

"You don't understand, I've already hurt her enough, it's you that I'm gonna hurt." Kutsuyon said, walking closer to pepper. Kutsuyo held even tighter to pepper, she felt worried that she'd lose the only person she's ever felt completely safe around.

"Kutsuyo, this is your ability, isn't it? It isn't Kutsuyon's, she only gets it because you share a soul, right?" pepper asked, seeing if understands the reason Kutsuyon can do this. Kutsuyo nodded up and down. "But that also means that you can control it too, right? So why don't you just take control?" pepper asked, trying give ideas out.

"I'm... scared of her..." Kutsuyo said, softly, looking at pepper. Kutsuyon stood infront of pepper, she reached her hand out and it faded into pepper's chest, she then pulled it out and held pepper's heart.

"M-My heart!" pepper said, becoming worried.
