Kal defeated another warrior, he looked at the shards of the broken swords with a complicated look. The weapon like the ones before also broke like a porcelain glass after smashing against his skin.

It was the ninth battle and like the eight before it too ended with broken bones and weapons. The eighth battle leading to the ninth taught Kal that the experience and improvement he was seeking here would not come to him.

He is just too strong, too durable, too fast and his senses make it harder for his opponents to find gaps in his defence. The one they could forcefully make comes back to bite them very bad. His physique is just so good for them to do anything.

Even suppressing his speed and perception of time doesn't help them as his reflexes just make his body react on its own.

It is like Kal's body can calculate before his slowed-down brain can react to what's going on. Such cases led to his opponent getting even more injured that's why he had to stop supressing his speed. And actively fight them to not hurt them.

It was annoying, having to mind his every move so he doesn't break his opponent in two.

Kal never had to deal with this in the Imperial Palace. The people he interacted with were all stronger than him and their magic was not suppressed making them shrug off his super strength. But here Kal is realising just how fragile the world is even with magic.

'Honestly, I could never understand what the world made of cardboard meant before but now I can. I even think Superman downplayed it a bit.' As a former human, it is hard to believe that the things that can seriously hurt him became harmless as paper ball.

Kal sighed as he moved to the waiting area and started waiting for his last opponent.

As Kal was waiting he heard the footsteps of two individuals behind him, one heavy clanging with every step taken and other being soft and graceful, almost unhearable even to his hearing.

Kal looked back only for his eyes to widen at the sight of one of the most beautiful women he had ever seen.

She had the most beautiful face he had ever seen even Princess Lucia's would be a notch below. Her bones and facial structure were symmetrical to an almost perfect degree. Her skin was natural with visible pores in his eyes indicating she wasn't some undead. She had pale skin with perfect rosiness. And a pair of almond eyes for the brightest colour of lilac he had ever laid his eyes on.

Before Kal could write a novel on her beauty in his mind the said beauty giggled, bringing him back to reality.

"Hehe~"

Kal cleared his throat pushing down his embarrassment. He straightened and gave a slight bow before addressing to what looked like a noble lady.

"Who may you be, my lady?" He questioned, his etiquette perfect due to Bellatrix hammering them down in his thick bones.

"Hehe~ quite the charmer, aren't you, Adventurer Kal." The beauty mischievously said before holding the helm of her dress and giving a slight bow as the knight beside her introduced.

"Introducing Princess Daenerys Stormborn of House Targaryen, Daughter of King Aerys II Targaryen, Third in line of the Iron Throne, and the Delight of the Realm." The old knight said making Kal's eyes widen for a moment.

Kal quickly schooled his expression but his mind wasn't calm at all. His mind churned with many possibilities, with knowledge and future of the beauty before him.

'But it seems there are deviations in the story. Her title tells me that her situation differs from her counterpart in the world of A Song of Ice and Fire.' Kal analysed everything in less than a second before he spoke.

"So what could this low-rank Adventurer can do for the Princess." He asked getting another giggle from her.

"Oh, you will be plenty useful. Say? how about we meet in that cafe of Mitsugoshi Company in about a month at 11:00."

"In a month? I'm not sure if I would even be in Orario." Kal said, shaking his head. "Can't we schedule it to an earlier date?"

"We can't. Don't worry you won't be leaving Orario before that date, you'll be quite busy before that day."

"Huh?" Kal became confused at her mysterious words. "What does that mean, Princess?" He questioned getting a sigh from her.

"I was hoping you wouldn't expand on that." She said as she dismissed her knight.

The old knight bowed and quickly left the parameters but Kal could feel him around the corner, ready to react on any small notice.

"You may not know, Adventurer Kal but we Targaryens have a gift for divination. We call it the Dragon Dreams." Princess Daenerys said.

"Though… it is as much of a curse as it is a blessing." She added, thinking of the current predicament of her dynasty.

"Yes, I do not know of such gifts, Princess." Kal nodded though he tried to remember what he knew about them from the books and the shows.

Kal also knew about them through the Imperial Library. He read everything about them once he found the existence of Westeros and in extension to the houses that rules it. There were many differences from the book and the shows. But he didn't find that wierd, the story or the 'plot' had to adapt to this Amalgamation world somehow.

"I also have Dragon Dreams." Princess Daenerys voice broke Kal's thoughts.

"Is that so?" Kal said, realising where Daenerys was getting. "So you saw a Dragon Dream concerning me?" So he asked.

"Yes."

"May I know its content, Princess?"

"Content? A peculiar word but quite easy to roll of the tongue, you otherworlder have a knack for them. Anyways how do I explain… well I saw you winning in this arena, raising your sword in victory as the crowd cheered. You were revelling in your victory in one moment but then suddenly kneeling on the other. Your palms clutching your ears, your face writing in pain." Princess Daenerys stopped at that point, her lilac eyes meeting Kal's blue ones.

"And then?" Kal encouraged her to continue, his eyes not leaving hers.

"Then you suddenly raised your head thundering the world to stop as your eyes spew red fire, hotter than any Dragon fire." Kal's eyes snapped shut as he vividly imagined the scene Daenerys described. He didn't doubt her, not one bit. He knew the reason why such incidents happened.

Kal suddenly felt a strong urge to quit the fight and leave the arena or Orario itself for a peaceful place.

But the million coins Rei betted stopped him. If he quits he will lose the coins and get in debt of those greedy goblins.

"If you are planning to quit the fight, don't, it won't change the outcome. And you will be safe. From what I saw, you would be suppressed by someone and then throne to Guild's cell to be released after a month when someone proves your innocence." Daenerys words halted Kal's thoughts.

He was going to ask her to explain further when the announcer asked him to step into the arena.

Sighing he entered, his brain calculating countless scenarios.
