Magnus ordered a maid to stay with Ophelia at all times and he tried to stay home as much as he could. Yet, he had duties in court. He was one of the leaders of the King's Guard, he couldn't simply vanish.

"Ophelia!" Magnus yelled, opening the doors. He was heaving. He had yet to even abandon his armor when he finally came across the scene.
