Chapter 6: The Hall Family

Albert's whole family was sitting with a guest early in the morning. The hall Family where the at same level of the Long family rich and Powerful who rule the city.

Mr Hall and Mrs Hall with there two children visiting them these morning since they're long time friends With Long family specially since they heard magnus was back from Abroad.

"I can't believe my dear baby was alive all along" juliana said sobbing on sofa and Mrs Hall aka Victoria was sitting beside her rubbing her back while confronting her.

"It's okay you have her now" Victoria said comforting her friend.

"Listen to her honey" Albert also added

"Okay okay I will" she laughed lightly while wiping her fake tears

"Mommy little sister is back now and that's all matters and I get to have a little sister " lyla said softly while blushing and peeking at the little 8 years old boy who's sitting on the sofa Victoria didn't miss it and turned to her son who was sitting quietly without interacting with anyone with bored eyes and she shakes her haid, her son was always like that aloof and reserved never let anyone in, even them is hard.

He has dark blode hair and blue eyes, you could see that when he gets older he will be handsome he's corbon copy of his father Leonard but except adding his mothers aswell no wonder lyla has crush on him, Typical Bad boy.

While her Grace has brown hair and brown eyes

"Big brother let's play huh and hangout around" grace said cutely while trying to have her brothers attention. He glanced at her and patted her her saying

"Behave" he stated and took out his phone to check the time.

"Brother Ian how are you?" He tucked his phone back on his pocket and looked at the blushing girl.

"I'm good and you lyla?" He asked flatly he was neither cold nor hot or rude.

"I'm good brother Ian" she blushed hard and looked at her lap while while peeking at him from time to time

Their parent saw the interaction of the kids and laughed "Lyla and Ian are cute together aren't they?" Said juliana while laughting at her daughter blushing face. and grace scowls, she doesn't like this girl having crush on her brother. He was like her idol and her brother no one else's she doesn't want others taking him from her.

"Yes they're cute together" Victoria said laughing quitely at her son's distant look

"Why don't we engage them they will look good together if they got married in the future" juliana suggested

"Yeah as long as our kids like each other lyla what do you think of being together with Ian?" Asked Victoria

"Aunty" lyla blushing and the men laughed agreeing.

Ian rolled his eyes, he was used to girl's attention on him all the time even in school so it didn't move him only that all the girls he saw lyla was probably the prettiest but still it didn't move him at all.

That's when the old butler come in bowing "The master is here"

Magnus came in with his strong presence and expression less face wearing a black business suit with his sectery behind him but what caught everyone attention was not him but what's on his arms

A little girl with silver long wavy hair purple big round eyes pale skin wearing pale pink dress with sleeves with ankle white boots holding mp4 in her hands with earphones on her ears.

Ian couldn't take his eyes of the creature She was sight to see a beautiful doll to say.

Lyla noticed his stare and burned with jealousy instantly and grace too.

"Father" albert said standing up

"Mr Long! long time no see" Leonard said standing up with his wife Magnus glanced at them and noded greeting them back.

"Mr Hall and Mrs Hall indeed how are you?"

"We're good thank you and who's this little cute girl?" Leonard said glancing at little girl he admits she's the most beautiful child he ever saw before lyla and grace was a prettiest to him while she was a beautiful child in the future she will be beauty that could ruin cities.

"Kaytlyn keva long" My youngest Granddaughter Magnus stated proudly at her. Seeing she's not paying any attention to anyone and busy on her Mp4.

Kaytlyn keva long beautiful name he thought while not being able to take his eyes off her still staring at her.

While grace and lyla burned with jealousy but lyla returned to her normal self hiding it with innocent smile.

Recognition passed their eyes and they noded and glancing at the little girl more magnus looked at albert and his wife "Shall we?"

"Yes yes let's go to the study" albert said wanting to guide them

"Why don't we leave the kids to plays with each other while we elders go to the study?" Leonardo suggested.

"Yeah they probably get bored with the adult's talk" Victoria added

Magnus glanced at keva and pulled the her earphones off her she glanced at him and he said

"Want to play with the other kids or you want to stay with me in study?" She looked around noticing the addition people and the kids and looked back at him she took her a phone which bought her out and typed.

"Don't want to. they're trouble some and I want to sit alone in the garden and read while you finish can I?"

"Afcourse" he glanced at Matthew and said "stay with her and keep eye on her" he nodded his head saying yes sir

He placing her down as she walked quitely to garden with Matthew behind with her earphones back on, she walked to garden and settled under a tree pulled out her book from her bag and continued reading ignoring the rest of the world.

Ian run behind her from distance while the 2 girls run after him called him and Victoria never missed any of her son's behaviour

Making sure she was safe magnus glanced at them with expression less face again and walked to study with the elders walking behind him.

Keva was leaning on the tree a wind breeze hitting softly at her little face making her hair dance with wind slowly. While her purple eyes locked on the book with earphones on her ear engulfed on her little world.

That's the sight Ian saw and he's sure he will remember for the rest of his life.

"Brother Ian" A soft voice broke him out of his trance and saw lyla looking at him innocently with grace beside her.

"What are you looking at I kept calling you alot" she asked softly.

"Nothing what you need?" he brushes past her question and comeback to his distant self.

"We wanted to meet my little sister so accompany us" she said

"Okay let's go" hiding his desperate voice.

"Great" she happily took grace's hand who was sulking for not having her brother's attention and went toward keva.
