Kaos Immortal

Kaos, the strongest being in all the three realms was sealed by the gods in Tartarus for eons. All he could do was observe the outside world, biding his time. He finally devised a means to escape his prison, only to escape and reincarnate in the body of a fledgling mage. "Isn't it just to get stronger? How hard can that be? I will grow strong enough to crush all the gods in a single blow, and I will get my revenge. " Eindgard swears.

Prologue

"Your time in this world is over, Kaos. You will forever be sealed in Tartarus, and no one shall dare speak your name ever again!" A voice boomed, lightning accompanying it and striking me right in the chest. I droop to my knees and slowly begin to laugh, his ignorance prompting my amusement.

"You wish to seal me? Go on ahead, but when I am free of this prison, you will feel my wrath, all you fake gods! You call yourselves omnipotent, yet the best you can do against a frail old man like me is to seal me, you better pray I am never free for all of eternity." My last words echo into the distance, piercing the souls of all living beings in the three realms.

Eons later...

The Aether realm, Mount Olympus.

A young man and his father are sparring under the heat of the sun, their top halves exposed...

"Father, do you think that person will one day be free?" Ares asked. "Free? Never! Your uncles and I have taken every measure to make sure that that person can never walk the three realms again." Zeus replied. "Correct your form," he added.

"Yes." Ares has tremendous vigour in his eyes as he moves to attack with the spear in his right hand. "But still, I can't help but feel like something ominous is coming."

"Enough! You will not speak of him again. Now leave!" Zeus bellowed, thunder accentuating his anger. "Sorry, father." Ares bowed, before slowly exiting the training room with a gloomy expression.

"I am sorry, son." Zeus mutters to himself after he is alone. "But I can feel it, just as you, the imminence of something terrifying, and I am sure it is him, but I can not let you into his wrath. So, for your own safety... yes, this is for your own safety."

Depths of Tartarus, where no living or dead dare venture...

"For his safety, huh? Amusing, truly. But it is too late to try to protect your family. I am coming, Zeus. And when I descend on the three realms, you will regret ever betraying me, best friend." A figure hovers over a glowing red orb that depicts the scene of Zeus talking to himself.

"Ballak!" He calls out. Suddenly, a gust of smoke comes rushing towards the shadow and lands right next to him, forming a humanoid figure with horns and wings. "You called, my lord?"

"Yes. I presume all the preparations are in place?" The shadow asks. "Yes, my lord."

"Good. The prophecy, it is time for it to manifest. The gods will meet their end by my hand, and I will finally have my revenge."

"Ballak, thank you for your service. You have been most useful throughout my stay here."

"Ah, undeserved praise, my lord. You flatter me. Here in Tartarus, strength is absolute, and you are the strongest so there is no one who would dare disobey you, not even Kronos."

"No matter, it is time to activate the spell." The shadow turns around to reveal an old, weary face tired out by time. The white hair that stretches all the way past his shoulders and his white beard accentuate his old age perfectly.

"Come, Ballak. Let us wreak havoc on the Aether realm."
