Yu Long stood on the edge of the cliff and peeked below. He couldn't see the depth of Cloud's End Cliff, as if this place was a bottomless abyss.

A heart-wrenching roar echoed in the abyss.

Yu Long activated his [Insect King's Vision] powered by [Art of Ghost]'s enhancement and saw a creature three hundred meters away from them.

It was one hundred and sixty-five meters tall, its head was 'extremely' wide, and it looked like a cross between a wolf and a bear. Its four limbs were thick and stout, and its head and body bristled with white fangs.

The sharp tips of those fangs shone with a hellish light that would send fear coursing through one's soul. A massive and long jet-black tail was arched overhead, and the end of the tail gleamed with the same cold light that a blade would.

"Interesting." That is all Yu Long could say at the moment.

Meanwhile, Jasmine was terrified.

"N-Nine Desolate Devil Fang!"

"So, that's the name of this cute creature." Yu Long rubbed his chin.

Jasmine's mouth twitched, "What part of this Primordial Devil Beast is cute? Damn it, I thought you lied about their existence in the Cloud's End Cliff."

"Really, Jasmine? You thought I was lying about something like this?" Yu Long couldn't help but roll his eyes.

"I always thought you were a liar," Jasmine grumbled in annoyance. "I will never trust a scoundrel."

He facepalmed and saw the Nine Desolate Devil Fang running toward them, "Anyway, it's just a puppy."

"Looks, the puppy is running toward us."

"What kind of puppy is that big!"

"Hey, don't discriminate! Sometimes size doesn't matter." Yu Long said righteously.

Jasmine wanted to smack Yu Long. Unfortunately, she can't because the enormous dog is already pouncing on him.

Yu Long stretched his hand casually and manipulated his bone, causing white bones to stick out of his skin.

As the bones fully out and merge into one, they become a comically large bone that dogs usually bite on.

Nine Desolate Devil Fang stopped awkwardly and sniffed something delicious.

Of course, it was delicious because Yu Long's bones are rich with vitality and profound strength. To make it even better, he infused [Ghostly Qi] and a bit of [Primordial Energy] into the bone.

"WOOF~!" Nine Desolate Devil Fang wagged its tail.

It sat down and caused dirt to fly everywhere.

"Good boy." Yu Long said with a little smile.

"..." Jasmine couldn't believe her eyes.

Yu Long is the King of Monsters, which means he could understand Nine Desolate Devil Fang's actions. God knows how long the poor puppy has gotten trapped in this abyss, so he must be hungry.

After Nine Desolate Devil Fang was satisfied, it nudged Yu Long.

"Hmm, you want me to follow you?" Yu Long tilted his head.

The Primordial Devil Beast nodded and turned around to the vast darkness.

Yu Long shrugged and followed Nine Desolate Devil Fang.

They encounter other Primordial Devil Beasts, but Yu Long gives them treats. They act like his loyal pets now.

Of course, not all Primordial Devil Beasts are reasonable. So Yu Long killed those beasts and turned them into an essence sphere for further research.

Three hours later.

Yu Long and his Primordial Devil Beasts' followers arrived at the field of flowers. It's not your ordinary flower field because every flower here is Netherworld Udumbara Flower!

Its stem and leaves are of a purplish black color and about three meters tall. The bloomed flower was a pretty and flirtatious bright purple color.
