Clouds

"Emmmm.....ey Xi Mu , I want to go out . I'm bored to death in this room alone" , she said brushing off the conversation before , leaving Xi Mu's question hanging .

Xi Mu chuckled . He get up and went to the door , "Let's go , I'll bring you to the garden ."

Xiu rushed to him but then he stopped her . She was confused and asked , "What again!!?"

He takes his jacket from his wardrobe and put it on her . "Are you planning to catch a cold ?" , his face looks angry .

"How do I know where the clothes is . This is not my home !" , she protested .

"Oh"

Xiu knitted her eyebrows , confused by his respond .

"Let's go" , Xi Mu opened the door and make her go out first , then he closed the door after he is out too .

"Wahhhh...!! Your garden is so big . Look ! This white lily is so pretty . It's just my taste" , Xiu said when admiring the beautiful garden , the green grass , tons of flower, and many of birds in the cage .

Suddenly , a cat jumped into her arms and caught her on the guard . And there's this man panicking his cat will scare her off . "Muxiu !" , but then Xiu pat the cat's head softly . Muxiu looked so comfortable in her arms .

"Ohh , so your name is Muxiu" , she chuckled when she saw Xi Mu panicking earlier and continuing to pat Muxiu's head . "What are you getting panicked for , huh ?"

Xi Mu is also confused . Usually, his cat is stray to a stranger . He just scared Muxiu will scratch her wound . "Nothing , it just....I just made some discovery about my cat"

"Hey , don't make it sound like an experiment"

"Haha , no...I'm just shocked . You know , he never compliant with anyone else . He never let his guard down like this with a stranger" , he amazed .

"Meow meow" , all her attention goes to the cat now . "I know , I look like a good person , right Xiuxiu?" , she praised herself asking the cat to confirm . Surprisingly the cat meowed at her question to say that she is right .

"Awww...xiuxiu so sweet...!" , she pinch Xiu Xiu's cheeks as she finds her cuteness overload . Xiuxiu rubbed his neck to Xiu's arm signaling he want to be pat again . Xiu smiled and pat him again . Those two are in their own world now .

Xi Mu take a hint and leave them to play by theirselves . Actually , he is a bit upset that his own cat doesn't even greet him . "Tsk , that ungrateful brat" , he take a sit on the bench , took a book out, and watch those two playings and running . It looks like he is the third wheel right now . Then he saw Xiu lay down on the grass , enjoying the scenic skies up there . Muxiu sat beside her and lay down as well on her arm . He gets up and walk close to her . He sat beside her and pat Muxiu's head as he soundly sleeping .

"It would be good to be a cloud , right ? They can go anywhere they want and befriend each other without backstabbing each of them" , Xiu closed her eyes and take a deep breath .

"Yeah , it's good to be them but you know , being the clouds is also hard . They may be free to befriend each other but they also cannot stay in one place for a long time . They need to let go of the want they befriend without saying a proper goodbye . You know , they can't control where they will go , the wind decides for them . Sometimes they are just alone without a friend" , Xi Mu exclaimed .

Xiu chuckles . "That's right though" , she understands the messages behind it .

Xi Mu looks at her . Her face may be smiling but he knows inside , that it must be raining .
