Her Stupid Follower
Xiang Ling watched as the man finally stirred a little. She waited patiently until his eyes finally fluttered open and adjusted to the dim brightness that was filling the bath chamber.
"M-master?"
He called out with his eyes full of surprise and unsurity. It was almost like he was having a hard time believing that she was indeed sitting in front of him - alive.
"Don't call me that!" Xiang Ling stated in a cold tone and with a fierce look that had the man shrinking back in the bathtub.
She took a few more moments to glare at him and watched as he became more and more confused and worried about her cold behavior toward him.
After what seemed like a long while, Xu Wei finally mustered up enough courage to speak again. "Master, did I do something wrong?"
Xiang Ling kept staring at him for a while, taking in his confused and aggrieved expression. The way he was looking at her almost made her feel like she was bullying him.
