Upon reaching the destination, Sidharth and Dr. Singh were taken aback by what they found. The school had been reduced to ruins. Dr. Singh gazed at the dilapidated structure and asked in disbelief, "Is this really a school?" After they entered the building.
Those two were standing near the window, looking outside. It had been quite late; it was 2 a.m., but no one had arrived. Both thought that since no one was coming, they should leave. Just then, they heard the sound of some cars. Two black cars stopped near the school, and eight people got out of them, including a man who was their boss, Sera, who was a member of the Baphoet mafia.
After a while, two more black cars arrived and stopped. Both Siddharth and Dr. Singh's gaze was fixed on them. A person stepped out of the car and headed towards the back door, opening it. A tall, stout man emerged from inside, who was their boss, Martin. He had been accused of many crimes, but he had never been to jail because he was a member of the White Lily mafia. After his arrival, they all went inside.
When everyone went into a room, one of the men cleaned a chair and Martin sat on it. Then he said, "The police have become quite vigilant. It seems they won't let us go easily. We all should go underground for a few days."
Sera interrupted, "Should we hide out of fear then?"
Martin replied, "What else can we do? The police are scrutinizing this case very carefully, especially because a politician's son is involved. So, this case won't be closed so soon."
Sera said, "But he got trapped by mistake. It was an error from one of our men."
Martin retorted, "It happened because of you. Your habit of doing everything without thinking. Has that boy regained consciousness yet?"
Sera replied, "He hasn't regained consciousness yet. He's still in the hospital. But his security is very tight. Nevertheless, our people have kept an eye on him. Besides, it was your fault; the address was incorrect."
Martin pondered momentarily and then said, "So, what do we do now? Arguing over this won't benefit us. Let's cancel all deals for now until we receive orders from above. We'll meet our college wrestler afterward because the police's attention is on the college now. And remember, nobody should know about the wrestler except for those who take care of this area. The next meeting will be with the wrestler when things calm down.
Everyone agreed to this, and then they left.
Sidharth and Dr. Singh were observing all of this. Suddenly, Dr. Singh moved forward, and Sidharth stopped him.
Dr. Singh said it was a good opportunity to catch them; such an opportunity wouldn't come again.
Sidharth asked, "What after the arrest?"
Dr. Singh replied - "We'll take them to court and make sure they get a taste of jail."
Sidharth asked, "What evidence will we present in court? And for what crime will we arrest them?"
Dr. Singh, feeling frustrated, said, "They're all criminals."
Sidharth assured, "I know, and there are already many cases against them. But they are currently out on bail. Arresting them won't make a new case, and there's no evidence linking them to this case."
Dr. Singh, angrily hitting his hand on the wall, said, "Who knows how many homes they've ruined and how many deaths they've caused? They're comfortably swaying in front of the law, but we can't arrest them because our hands are tied by law and duty. We know everything, yet we can't do anything."
Sidharth placed his hand on Dr. Singh's shoulder and said, "We'll arrest them, but with evidence, so that they get the harshest punishment."
Sidharth and Dr. Singh watched them leave; they could only watch them leave. When everyone left, Sidharth and Dr. Singh also left. They hadn't gone far when Sidharth suddenly stopped. Dr. Singh asked what happened. Sidharth gestured for silence and asked him to listen carefully. Both listened attentively to the sound of footsteps. They followed the sound and eventually reached a
corridor. As they were about to enter, they saw a man running towards them. The man noticed Sidharth and started running. Sidharth and Dr. Singh chased after him. The man somehow managed to escape and rode off on a bike. Sidharth also got into his car with Dr. Singh, hiding in the bushes. They started following the man on the bike.
After a while, three more bikes appeared, blocking the path to help the man escape. All wore similar clothes, and the bikes were of the same model and color.
Dr. Singh, worriedly, said, "What should we do now? They're all dressed alike, and even their bikes are the same."
Sidharth accelerated the car and maneuvered it between the three bikes. He then said to Dr. Singh, "Even if they look the same, the number plates are different. Let's chase them."
Sidharth overtook the bikes and began following the man on the bike.
Sorry for delay.
