CHAPTER THREE: FIFTEEN YEARS LATER

Inside a very large room half the size of a multipurpose hall was a young girl. She was infront of her dressing mirror. The room she was in was well furnished with golden coloured chandeliers hanging and colourful light bulbs in the four corners of the room.

At on end of the room was a very big bed that could contain seven grown men and beside the bed was the dressing table. The room looked like a princesses room...and that's because it was a princesses room.

It was the room belonging to Princess Kira

"Kira" a voice called out "you are still in here...hurry up or your Grandma will be mad at you

"Grandma is always mad at me Mom" Kira said

"That's not true honey.. Grandma's just not in the best of moods sometimes"

"Tch....yeah right.....you know, sometimes I wonder if she knew me in her previous life. Maybe I stole her boyfriend or something that's why she's always so grumpy towards me" Kira said laughing

"Sweetie....stop talking before your Grandmother hears you" Her mom said while coming towards the dressing table

"But really mom...why does it seem like Grandma is always out to get me...not just Grandma...but every single person I know"

"Every single person?..."Kira's mom said

"Well....except you"Kira said "and the worst are those bitches"

"By bitches do you happen to mean your older siblings"

"Who else will I mean....take Light for example. Everytime she's like 'kira come carry my stuff....Kira come put on my waist belt...Kira this...Kira that...'"Kira said mimicking"I'm not her maid mom..I'm her sister...why do they always treat me this way....is it because I'm different"

"Honey....."

"The other day...Grandma called me a filthy demon...can you believe that...I'm no demon mom....I'm just like them...only a little different"

"Kira sweetie...I....I'm sorry....it's all my fault....if only things...if only things have gone any differently" Kira's mom said

"Differently mom....what do you mean by that"

"It's nothing sweetie"

"Mom...you were gonna say something"

"I said it's nothing ok....now get dressed and come downstairs quickly ok"

"yes mom"

As Kira's mom was about to get up a voice called

"Queen Starh" the voice called out

Looking up,she could see who it was"The all the guests has arrived" the guard said

"Alright...I'm on my way"

"Yes ma'am" the guard bowed and left

"I'll be waiting downstairs for you Kira....don't be late ok"Queen Starh said kissing Kira's forehead

" Yes Mom"

Kira stood up from the bed and headed towards the wardrobe "I wonder what I'll wear" she said picking up a yellow shiny gown...the gown had crystals from the waist down and had a very large opening at the back and a slit from the knee down

"Naa....if I wear this then Grandma will only tell me I'm tryin to steal the spotlight....and I'm a greedy bitch...I guess I'll go with this then" she said picking up a black colored gala gown

"Perfect...not too simple and not too sparkly...just perfect for the occasion" she said "Now I better hurry up...if not, not just Grandma will be mad...but Mom as well" she said rushing towards the changing room
