Additionally, I have many new works readers may be interested in. Go look, if you wish!
No, it's not entirely without value.
At the very least, this "exclusive enchantment" vividly demonstrates Jane Foster's significance to Thor.
A spell was specifically cast to transform an ordinary human like Jane Foster into Thor, which shows the extent of Thor's regard for her.
It hadn't occurred to Zhou Cheng that this high and mighty Thor from Asgard could actually be a bit of a hopeless romantic!
But for Zhou Cheng, this is actually a good thing.
If he can really help facilitate a relationship between Black Widow and Thor, wouldn't the bond between Thor and SHIELD deepen?
"Did Father put a spell on the hammer?"
"Is this why I can't lift it?"
Meanwhile, Thor, in front of another notebook, was lost in thought.
Because it was after Odin had exiled Thor and cast him into the path of the Bifrost that the spell was put on the hammer.
Therefore, Thor was unaware of this.
However, after being pointed out by the notebook, Thor suddenly realized the truth.
Indeed, it was a very reasonable explanation.
But because of this, Thor was even more puzzled about the identity of the owner of the notebook.
On one hand, the arguments in the notebook were absurd and laughable, completely illogical in Thor's view.
The overall style also did not resemble Loki's manner.
On the other hand, the owner of that notebook seemed to have deep knowledge about Asgard and divine matters!
But how could someone on Midgard be so knowledgeable about Asgard?
This made Thor incredibly bewildered about the identity of the notebook's owner.
With his intelligence, he considered all possibilities, yet also impossible scenarios—it was quite hard to draw a definite conclusion.
However, one thing was certain to Thor.
No matter who owned the notebook, whether it really was Loki or anyone else, they couldn't lift Mjölnir.
In all of Asgard—of course, not including Odin—no one else but he, Thor, could lift the hammer; this included Loki!
The idea noted in the notebook that someone wanted to come to New Mexico to try and lift Mjölnir was indeed a flight of fancy.
"Just like Captain America, before lifting Thor's hammer, he was just an ordinary super-soldier."
"While he has a high status within the Avengers, even one of the trio, honestly, his strength was indeed at the bottom."
"But after lifting Thor's hammer? His combination of moves even confused Thanos!"
"Captain America truly became Thor after lifting the hammer!"
"I just don't understand Vision—how could he lift Thor's hammer so easily without any repercussions?"
"Could it be because Vision is not human?"
This is conclusive!
A spark shone in Nick Fury's one good eye.
His previous speculation was correct; it was indeed Captain America becoming Thor by lifting the hammer.
There was no doubt about it.
However, the fact that Vision could lift Mjölnir was something that took Nick Fury by surprise.
But Zhou Cheng, after careful thought, didn't find it unexpected.
After all, the notebook had mentioned Vision before, although not much, but without a doubt, he was a powerful figure.
Even Thor, before his transformation, was no match for him; Vision alone could sweep the entire Avengers!
While Zhou Cheng wasn't clear on exactly what qualities one needed to lift Mjölnir, it didn't seem strange that such an impressive figure could do so.
Wait a minute!
Just as Nick Fury had this thought, it immediately backfired.
Vision wasn't just some impressive "figure," in fact, Vision was not human at all!
This answer truly caught Nick Fury off guard and unprepared.
The notebook stated explicitly that Vision is the lover of Wanda Maximoff, the Scarlet Witch!
It's because of this that all holders of the notebook subconsciously believed that Vision was human.
After all, a cross-species relationship seriously went beyond the usual human thinking.
But how to say it, the notebook now presented a living example.
If Thor, a god, could become romantically involved with Jane Foster, a mortal, then Scarlet Witch being with Vision was not impossible.
Of course, Nick Fury wouldn't know that his dear wife, whom he spent day and night with, was not human either!
Cross-species interactions of the sort were happening to him, Zhou Cheng the Great, as well.
"Vision isn't human?"
Tony Stark also expressed a degree of surprise at this revelation, which was also unexpected for Iron Man.
This led to the question: If Vision isn't human, then what species could he be?
Could he be a god like Thor?
Or is he some kind of "human-like" being that Iron Man currently didn't know about?
Indeed.
Although there's no evidence, Iron Man still subconsciously believed that Vision must be a being highly similar to humans.
That seems more normal, more acceptable, and fits the logic better.
Like Thor and Jane Foster, although of different species, Thor looked quite similar to humans in many aspects.
To some extent, he could be seen as a "higher form of human."
That was no problem.
But if Vision were vastly different from humans, Tony Stark would have to sincerely remark that Scarlet Witch had quite the peculiar taste.
"But that's not quite right, either."
"Even though Odin cast the hammer to Earth, his enchantment wasn't limited to humans."
"It wasn't even limited to living beings."
"Beta Ray Bill, after defeating Thor, was able to lift Mjölnir and obtained the power of Thor, becoming Thor himself!"
"Even Beta Ray Bill's situation was very similar to Vision's, armed with high-tech enhancements; he was a cyborg."
"Could it be because Vision is a pure robot?"
???
Beta Ray Bill?
What is all this nonsense!
Thor's brows furrowed deeply in frustration.
Thor is Thor, he is the only Thor!
How could there be other Thor's, especially a "Beta Ray Bill" Thor?
What did that even mean?
Does that mean they have a horse face?
What a joke! How could such a guy defeat me and become Thor? This journal is getting more and more preposterous. "Horse-face Thor!" "Another Thor!" Tony Stark's expression became very animated.
Before the latest spoiler session began, Iron Man always thought of Thor as a unique being, after all, he's a prominent figure in Norse mythology. But now? It feels like Captain America, effortlessly one after another? Captain America becoming Thor isn't worth mentioning, as the journal has already spoiled that, and Iron Man just found out there will be a female Thor in the future.
And suddenly, there pops up a horse-faced Thor? Why are there so many Thors? Even a horse-faced Thor, isn't that a bit too absurd? In an instant, Tony Stark suddenly had the feeling that Thor might just be overrated. As for who this horse-face Thor actually is, Tony Stark was of course, very curious. But that curiosity was only temporary.
He wasn't like Nick Fury, who started to concoct plans for this other Thor. And without a doubt, this horse-faced Thor must be an alien, since humans don't have horse faces, right? So pondering further was futile.
Iron Man quickly shifted his focus back and continued to read, soon revealing a look of surprise again. Horse-face Thor, turns out to be a bio-robot? This "being" could actually become Thor? It definitely far exceeded Tony Stark's expectations. What truly amazed Iron Man was the revelation about Vision's identity. Tony Stark had never imagined that Vision could be a robot! When the journal mentioned that Vision wasn't human, Iron Man subconsciously thought Vision was from another race.
What race was naturally unknown, but he also subconsciously thought of Vision as a living being. But who would've thought that Vision would actually be a robot! Is Scarlet Witch actually in love with a robot? What a true warrior! In an instant, Tony Stark was in awe of Scarlet Witch, so respectful he was almost ready to worship her.
Honestly, isn't this shattering too many preconceptions? How love-deprived must Scarlet Witch be to fall for a robot? However, after this round of spoilers, Tony Stark finally understood why Vision ended up dismembered. Definitely torn apart for research! A robot so powerful that it could sweep away the Avengers, once dead, or rather, scrapped, how could the related departments not dismantle it for research? That's simply impossible!
"Wait a minute." After some ranting, Tony Stark's expression became serious again. He suddenly thought of a very important, crucial question. Since Vision is a robot, undoubtedly, robots aren't born but are created by someone. So, who could have made the Vision robot? "Could it be... me?" Iron Man almost immediately made such a guess.
This wasn't just due to Tony Stark's usual arrogance; logically, it was also traceable. Even without knowing the specifics about Vision's robotic nature, a robot of that caliber wasn't something an average person could create. It had to be someone at the top of the global pecking order. And who was Tony Stark? Precisely such a person, a super scientist who was at least twenty years ahead of his time! Looking at it from another angle, Tony Stark's Iron Man armor, to some extent, is also a kind of robot.
In other words, in the field of creating robots, he, Tony Stark, was undoubtedly the strongest in the world! Considering all these factors, if Iron Man had to guess the creator of Vision, he would guess himself!
[Suddenly remembering, Grandmaster, who loves competitive sports, had built giant statues for the champions of previous competitions, including Hulk's statue among them. The statue of horse-faced Thor too!
Does this mean horse-faced Thor will appear later on? I'm very much looking forward to it! I believe horse-faced Thor wielding the hammer and summoning thunder must also be very cool! But by this account, it seems there are quite a few in Marvel who can lift Thor's hammer. Black Widow didn't try in the movies, but in some universes, even Black Widow managed to lift Thor's hammer. I really hope Black Widow will give it a try; a miracle might just occur.]
Grandmaster! Tony Stark narrowed his gaze. The journal mentioned this person once, but with very little detail. Iron Man only knew that this guy had utterly defeated Thor. Undoubtedly, he's a mysterious and extremely powerful big-shot. Now, as it turns out, he truly is as described.
The journal made it clear—he loves competitive sports and even built statues for champions of previous competitions. This means what? Did the battle between Thor and Hulk in the arena actually mirror that of ancient Roman gladiators? Were both of them captured by Grandmaster for sport?
This is really astonishing! Thor and Hulk, such calibre of people, were taken by Grandmaster for competitions? Who exactly is this Grandmaster? And the journal also explicitly mentioned even horse-faced Thor's statue was there. This means horse-faced Thor also went through Grandmaster's competitions! Horse-faced Thor is someone who defeated Thor!
So in total, two Thors were captured by Grandmaster to compete? Even Tony Stark was genuinely shocked. The deeds of Grandmaster were simply too staggering. "I can lift Thor's hammer too?"
In front of another journal, Black Widow couldn't hide her surprise. It seems up to now, many people managed to lift Thor's hammer. Like Jane Foster, Captain America, horse-faced Thor, Vision, and so on.
It seems the hammer isn't exclusive to Thor. Nor is it exclusive to the mighty. After all, Jane Foster is just an ordinary person. Yet Black Widow never expected she too could lift Thor's hammer.
