Trapped In A Dimension

"Bro, anything new?! " A young man that looked like at the age of 19 eagerly asked the other person who just came back. Although he was eager, you can feel the bitterness and hopelessness in his words.

Sitting in a stone while facing a fire, two young men looked at the flame inside an unknown dark area.

The person he was asking was another young man that also seemed at his age, he shook his head in dismay, reckoned for a moment, and stated, "Tho we found no detailed clues, we found signs (symbols) in our exploration. Brother Arthur said that those symbols might be the clue we are searching for! If he could disclose the hidden meaning of the symbols, there is a big chance for us to escape from this dimension. "

Although the chance of who he called Brother Arthur, disclosing the hidden meaning of the symbols, as a warrior and a brother, he still decided to give his full support and hide his doubt.

The two lowered their head. They can't help but took a deep sigh while wondering how to help each other.

On another part of the plain, a gigantic wall was presented. With just a glimpse you can tell that this wall was built long ago. Even older than thousands of years. The only mystery about this wall was, it's old but still though, even after using his full strength, Arthur yet to damage it. He can't even leave a mark on it.

Arthur's full name is John Arnold Arthur Plabio, compared to the first two characters a while ago, who were his friends/ comrades, he was the youngest one with the age of 17, a teenager yet more intelligent than them.

In their academy, he was dubbed as the genius next to his older sister, Miyaki Jane Plabio.

23:35:10 ago. (Almost one day ago)

Eager to show his worth to the family, Arthur and his two comrades decided to accomplish a quest. Because they were just students, of course, what they could only get was a lower tier (F-E Tier Quest) yet with his reputation as the second genius of the school, he was given some back door. He got a C Tier which was the most the school can give him.

The C-tier quest considering their current status and power, the C tier quest they got was the lowest one in that class.

Although it was added in the category of C-tier, the only thing they needed to do was deliver some important stuff to the next Kingdom, Han Kingdom.

The quest was supposed to be an easy one, however, they encountered a mishap in the middle of the journey. Who would have thought that there was an ambush waiting for them?!

Even with the extra guards that were sent with them (to guide them and guard them in their journey), were defeated in just mere minutes of battle. All the guards died helplessly.

In the case of the three, when they realized that the outcome of the battle already been decided even the battle still ongoing, the three of them with the important stuff in their hand fled with their lives.

At the end of the day, they were just typical students, the thought of saving themselves first was always on their minds.

And thinking about it, it should be better for them to escape to live than all of them died in that place because of hypocrisy. On the other way around, they have no choice but to escape to protect the valuable stuff that was in their care.

Unfortunately, it seemed they really were doomed to spend the day in hard mode.

The seemingly ordinary hidden door that they found out and entered to hide from their pursuer turned out a portal. They were sent into another dimension (Where they are now stuck).

The extensive thing was, the portal that could send them back to the original world disappeared once they entered.

Now, the problem was, how the hell should they return?

That was the explanation why the three idiots who have the confidence to took a quest got trapped in the dimensional plane.

The time inside the realm and the real world were both ticking at the same time, seeing that the sky now turned dark, Arthur took out something from his space ring.

What he retrieved wasn't something yet a piece of stone that illuminating light. With this, the darkness wouldn't be a problem at all.

However, an unexpected occurrence suddenly piqued his attention. As the stone glowed, there was faint energy came out from the stone and was delivered to a certain spot of the wall.

Not long after, well inscribed gigantic symbols appeared where the light energy went.

The symbols weren't something that can be read just because you wanted to because it was like codes.

Base on his understanding, these types of symbols were used at the time of the ancient era. These symbols la were the lost symbols of the lost kingdom.

"Don't tell me?! " He only felt like there was a pang in his head and heart. If what he was thinking was correct... yet after analyzing every possibility, he shook his head and cleared the thought out from his head as soon as possible...

"It's impossible!! " He exclaimed, nevertheless, there still a sense of excitement gave birth within his heart.

If his theory was real, these symbols were from the lost kingdom. The lost kingdom was also called Maharlika, where the name of their kingdom also followed suit which was New Maharlika. In truth, there was a legend that the New Maharlika has a connection with the real Maharlika. Tho, not everyone believed it. There were even some who don't believe that the Maharlika once existed in the world. You must know that Maharlika (Of ancient times) wasn't just a normal Kingdom, but a powerful kingdom that once became the dominant of the world.

A powerful kingdom with a powerful martial artist and warriors. They were known throughout the world. At least, that's how old inscription that was collected since ancient time saying about that kingdom. Of course, some were saying that all of it was a conspiracy.

Truthfully, even Arthur doesn't believe in the existence of the Maharlika that much. At the end of the day, mere old books weren't enough to prove anything after all.

Yet, this realm he was in seemed to have a connection with the Maharlika Kingdom.
