Chapter 8: Princess Jewel

Elisse's POV

Wow. She's pretty. I suddenly felt embarrassed. Honestly, she is so beautiful. She has this angelic face, the students were stunned by her.

"Good morning." She greeted us. Her voice was so sweet and pleasant to hear.

"I am Princess Jewel Gemstone, and starting today, I will be attending this school." She says. The students were happy. Me as well. I hope we have the same class.

"Ah, uhm, it looks like something is missing." Said Princess Jewel.

The students immediately panicked. At first, I don't know why they suddenly freaked out. The Princess just noticed something is lacking.

"Oh! What is it?"

"Please tell us so we can find it right away."

"Dear Princess, we will find what you need."

Eh? They don't even know what the Princess needs, now they are looking for it right away? They thought it was like the end of the world.

"Oh, all I need are just the students' uniforms." Said the Princess.

See? It's just the uniforms.

"We will make it right away. The uniforms you are asking are expected to be finish immediately this week, Princess." Said the fairy next to Princess Jewel.

"Thank you very much, Mariposa." Said the Princess.

Headmistress Gazelle and the other fairies left the Dining Hall. Then, I saw Prince Kaizer approached Princess Jewel.

"Hi." Prince Kaizer smiled at Princess Jewel.

"Hello." Princess Jewel respond.

The other students screamed as they witnessed the two Royals talking with each other.

"Hey."

I immediately turned around. Someone called me. It was Prince Harold Ruby.

"Hello, Prince Harold." I said at once bow.

"Hey, hey, hey. Don't do that anymore and just call me Harold." He says.

"All right Prince- I mean Harold." I said.

He smiled and suddenly grabbed my hand. The students suddenly looked at us.

"Let's go, I'll introduce you to the Princess." He says.

Harold and I approached Princess Jewel and Prince Kaizer.

"Greetings, Princess Jewel." Harold said with a bow.

"I'm going to hit you, Harold. Didn't I told you, don't call me Princess anymore. Just Jewel." Said the Princess.

"Right, I would never call you Princess again." Said Harold. They are funny.

Princess Jewel looked at me and smiled at me. Uhm, we don't really look alike. Just a little, I guess. I don't know.

"Hi. What's your name?" She asked me.

"Ah, I'm Elisse." I said once bow to her.

"Oh no, don't bow anymore. I don't want to treat more special here. Hehe." She told me.

"Uhm, I'm sorry." I said.

"Have we met?" She asked.

"Not yet, I think. I just met you." I answered.

"Ah, it seems like I already knew you. But, anyway, forget it. It's nothing." She says.

"Come on, Jewel. I'll show you the whole academy." Said Prince Kaizer.

"Okay. But I want Elisse to go with us." Said Princess Jewel.

"M-me?" I pointed to myself. Maybe I just heard it wrong.

"Yep. If it's okay with you." Said Princess Jewel.

"Uhm, it's just-"

"She'll come with us." Harold said and he held my hand. Geez. I can feel my face heat up.

"So, let's go." Said Princess Jewel.

The four of us went out to the Dining Hall. Until now, Harold still holds my hand.

Prince Kaizer and Princess Jewel keep talking. It looks like the Princess is having fun.

We entered a room I had never been to.

"This is the Hall of Royals. Here are the pictures of our parents and our grandparents and so on." Prince Kaizer said with no expression on his face.

We appreciate it.

"Really? Wow. This school is amazing. I wonder why my father didn't let me attend this academy when I was little." Said Princess Jewel.

I looked around every corner. It's beautiful in here. Then there's one woman who caught my attention. I don't know why but as I saw her face, I feel like we have a connection.

Suddenly the door opened and a grumpy looking woman entered the room.

"Why are you all here?! Get out!" Said the woman.

"Huh? I'm sorry. We don't know we're trespassing already. I'm sorry again." Princess Jewel said and the four of us ran out.

"You Kaizer! Why didn't you let me know that we're not allowed in there?" Princess Jewel asked Prince Kaizer.

"Tss. I didn't know we're not allowed there." Said Prince Kaizer.

"Gosh!" Said Princess Jewel. She's really mad at Prince Kaizer right now.

"See? You're just like her." Harold whispered in my ear.

"Tsk. Let's go back." Said Prince Kaizer.

"Elisse, tell me more about yourself." Princess Jewel told me.

We are here in the cafeteria and eating.

"Ah, I have an older brother. His name is Nathan. He is 18 years old and I am 16 years old. My mother is a maid to a noble family. Father is one of the loyal soldiers of your castle." I told her.

"Really? I will tell father to increase your father's salary." Princess Jewel smiled at me.

"That's too much, Princess Jewel." I told her.

"I'm your friend so that's no problem." Said Princess Jewel.

I smiled at her. The Princess is very kind.

"Thank you." I told her. Princess Jewel is really kind. No wonder why all people love her.

"Are you done eating?" Harold asked and Prince Kaizer was with him.

"Yes, we're done. Why?" Princess Jewel asked.

"Maghanda na daw sabi ni Headmistress Gazelle." Sabi ni Prince Kaizer.

Maghanda? Ay oo nga pala! Ang Acquaintance Party.

"Mauna na muna ako. Bye, Elisse." Sabi ni Princess Jewel at umalis na siya. Sumunod naman si Prince Kaizer sa kanya.

"Aalis na din ako. Mag-aayos pa ako eh." Sabi ko kay Harold.

"Samahan mo muna ako." Sabi niya at bigla niya akong hinila.

Heto na naman ang walang katapusang takbuhan. Ang hilig nitong tumakbo.

Dinala niya ako sa harap ng fountain. Anong gagawin namin dito? Maliligo? Ang saya naman kung ganun.

"After the party, meet me here." Sabi niya.

"At bakit naman?" Tanong ko.

"Just go here after the party. I'll wait for you. I won't go back to my dorm room unless you go here. Okay?"

"Hay nako. Sige na nga."

"Good. See you later, beautiful." Sabi niya at tumakbo siya paalis.

Makabalik na nga lang sa dorm room.

When I arrived at the dorm room, Venice and Suzy were getting ready. The party will start on 7 o'clock, and it's only 5 o'clock right now.

"Elisse! Take a bath. We've been looking for you everywhere." Said Venice. She pushed me into the bathroom.

"Take a bath there!" She shouted.

And so, I just took a bath. They are both in a hurry. Gosh, it's too early.

"Hurry up!" Venice shouted from outside the bathroom. When I came out of the bathroom, Venice pulled me over and made me sit in front of my mirror.

"Call Viana. She will take care of you." Said Venice. Why is Venice in a hurry? I called Viana through my mind. Viana suddenly appeared out of nowhere.

"Lady Elisse! I will fix you." She says. I just wore a bathrobe. She started to fix my face. She put some face powder and light eye shadow on my face and also light lipstick. Now, she fixes my hair. She braided it and fitted with small white flowers. My hair was turned into a flower vase. She told me to stand up. She used her powers and then, I was wearing a white dress. Seriously? I look like I'm getting married to it.

"Elisse. You're beautiful!" Venice said to me. I looked in the mirror.

Venice wore a black dress. She really looked like a vampire, I mean she is a vampire but her looks just made it more obvious. Her lipstick was still red and her complexion was white. Suzy, on the other hand, is wearing a red dress. Her make-up is simple and her hair is loose.

My girls are stunning.

"Come on. Let's go out." Suzy said to us.
