"First time i was sorry, but this time i am not. Wanna take revenge on me Parth? Go ahead. Try me and believe me you will regret messing with me. You will regret that you met me. I'll be your nightmare Parth Maurya." Parth's fist tightened hard. Her eyes were full of anger and with disappointment. After all the worse things he had done to her, this is the only time she showed her hatred towards him. He very well knows that he deserves it. But, at that moment he realised that he can take anyone's loath but her. Even if she had a misunderstanding about him, he is at fault for starting such a thing. *** "You got all the rights to ask me any of your questions Nora. You got all the rights to order me to do anything for you. I want you to exercise such right of yours idiot. That would make me happy." Parth tenderly spoke. "Why? Why do i have such rights on you?" She asked. "Because i know except you no one was there, no one is here and no one ever will be there." ... "Parth i love you." "I already know that idiot." "Don't you ever think of leaving me alone." "I would rather die my love." *** Nora Steave, a big-time aloof, is a sixteen-year-old girl, an heir of Steve enterprises. Five years later---
"Krish!" Nora called him loudly from downstairs.
Getting no reply she shouted loudly again. "Krish!!"
"Coming sister." Krish replied back loudly too.
After a minute a nine-year-old-boy came down the stairs hurriedly. Not waiting for Nora to catch him, he swiftly ignored her hand, which was trying to grab him, and went straight to the dining hall.
Narrowing her eyes at his mischief, she also walked in the hall while speaking. "Why are you always late for your practice?"
"Maybe because I don't want to attend?" He right away replied.
"Don't you speak a lot boy?"
Krish shook his head, hard in denial. "I don't think so. I am just expressing my likes and dislikes."
Nora bit her lower lips, with a fake smile. Tapping the table with her fingertips, she seriously looked at him and asked. "I give you pocket money, and that's my biggest dislike. Can I cancel it for my happiness, brother?"
Krish's eyes widened. Immediately taking her hand in his, he desperately looked at her. "No sister you shouldn't! I like my classes a lot. Don't worry about a brat like me."
Nora scoffed with a twitched lip. Slapping the back of his head she walked to the host seat of the dining table. "Good that you know that you are a brat. Now eat your breakfast fast, then I'll drive you back."
"Okay. Just ten more minutes." Saying that he turned himself back to his breakfast plate.
While Nora was drinking her juice, Butler, Carter, also came outside the kitchen with a glass of his juice.
Taking his seat around the dining table, he also started having his breakfast. Nora was busy with her phone when she got a message from her work.
Sighing little she spoke to Carter. "Uncle. I'll have classes to attend. Then Mr. Johnson has asked me to come to his office for some work. I'll be late today."
Carter looked worried. Having a sip from his juice glass, he asked. "Again? Isn't he torturing you with this much load of work? Do you really have to work at his place? I don't like it."
Nora is already 16 that year. After completing her tenth grade, she started working for the company as a trainee. Initial year was all about her learning stuff.
By now she didn't achieve much, but her work and capability always surprised many people. However seeing such a small kid doing such hard work, makes Carter feel distressed.
Coming abroad helped Nora in a big way. Having no connection from the home land improved their life. At first it wasn't back on track, but with time things got a lot better.
And as planned Carter went back to his family after three months. However, he couldn't help but get worried about them again and again. Because of that he kept on coming abroad and checking on them.
"Uncle, don't be sensitive. It's just for a few more months. I wanted to have some experience of how it works in the company. And most of the time all I do is study their papers at his office."
Mr. Jonathan is not someone who was introduced to her by some connection. Mr. Jonathan is simply their neighbour. After shifting abroad, Carter got them the safest place in S country.
Although it was one of the most expensive ones too, but it was the best location he selected. Luckily as their neighbour, they got many industrialists.
By the time, those neighbours got close to Nora and Krish too. It's not the first company that Nora was working for. She had worked for many other companies before too.
Even if it wasn't a legit job, but just an experience, she didn't step back from work. However, only this time Carter was a little worried because...
"But his son is so annoying."
Krish nodded too. "Yes, sister. I don't like Matthew either."
"Krish." Nora firmly calls him. "How many times have I told you to use brother and sister at the end of the name if you are talking about them at home?"
"But it sounds strange. No one here calls it that way."
"He is losing our culture fully, Nora. I am telling you we should go back." Carter shook his head with disappointment.
"But you also used to call my sister 'Miss', now it's turned to straight Nora. You are losing your culture uncle." Krish smirked.
"..."
"This boy!" Nora slapped the back of his head again. "He is my elder. He doesn't need to show me respect. But you do."
Krish painfully rubbed the back of his head with a pout on his lips. Pitifully looking at his sister he spoke softly to look like a damsel. "And I do~"
"Sister, you are scolding me a lot nowadays. You beat me too. You don't love me anymore."
Hearing that Nora's mouth got shut. With pursed lips, her nose scrunched with guilt. Caressing the back of his head gently she asked. "... Do i?"
"I don't think-" Carter was about to reply in denial when Krish spoke up again with a lot more energy.
"Yes, you do. A lot."
"I am sorry. I was wrong. Come here."
Nora extended her hand to pull Krish, but he quickly avoided her.
"No. No. No. No kisses."
Rolling her tongue, Nora also pouted and said. "My brother doesn't love me anymore, uncle. He hates my kisses."
"Yeah, he doesn't." To her words, Carter instantly agreed.
Krish glowers little as he sees her sister and uncle putting up the same play he did. "Plan backfires. Huh?"
Nora cheekily smiled and beckoned him again. "Come here."
Krish exhaled exhaustly but bent sideways towards Nora. The moment Nora got her brother in her arms, she started giving him kisses on his cheeks a number of times.
"Ahh, why so many!" He yelled.
"Because I want to."
"You bully me, sister."
"I love you brother."
"But I don't."
She again had a twitched lip. Unknown to anyone, her words bite her back everyday. The words she used to say to her brother are now coming back for her everyday.
"... Let's go. We will be late." She said in annoyance.
