Red Angels

Veronica was delusionally thinking that Nightmare is their brother. She fights with Victoria while begging her not to hurt him. Kenji comes into the fight and stands between Victoria and Veronica. "You two need to knock it off right now!!" he says in a serious tone. "We fight the other team not each other!!", "Veronica you need to get it together and realize that he's not our brother...HE IS NOT OUR BROTHER OUR BROTHER IS LONG GONE!!!...Or you switch sides...which one will it be?"he asks already knowing the answer. "I'll stay!" she says while standing next to Kenji to show she is ready to support them. Veronica would rather do anything then go against her siblings.

But she felt down in her heart that something about this place was off...her sister and brother just didn't have that type of connection with their younger brother. A knife was thrown at Nightmares car but it only shattered the window. Kenji in utter surprise looks towards whoever threw it he gasps in pain as Veronica stabs his eye. She smiled slightly and pushed Victoria into a wall causing her to bash her head open on the concrete. Veronica Grabbed Kenji's head as he put his hand to his eye and she made him stare at Nightmare. He didn't know what she was doing but it sure as hell wasn't good...her eyes turned black and she stabbed Nightmare in the chest. He was so confused because right now she was attacking anyone she saw. She laughed at him and she kicked him when Angel came and stopped her. Angel was really confused just then so she stopped her. Kenji tried to crawl away but he could barely move. She looked Angel dead in the eye and laughed as she said "Are you in love with this bi***!?! COME ON HE'S AN ASSHOLE!!!", Angel stared at her as she picked up her brother by the hair and threw him to the ground. Angel grabbed both her hands and asked her what she was doing to her own brother. She simply replied "As he said before my brother is long gone."

Angel throws a punch at Veronica trying not to hurt her too bad but she ducks, "You're not even trying" says Veronica. Angel ignores her and continues to throw punches. Veronica avoids each motion and makes a yawning motion to tease Angel. Angel gets serious and rips the wings off of her back, which turns out to not actually be wings. It is a weapon that turns into two curved swords. Angel throws a sword towards her suggesting that they sword fight. Veronica just looks at Angel with a puzzled expression. "Come on , sword fight you wus." says Angle trying to get a reaction from her. Veronica reaches for the sword and holds it up towards Angel. "Fine then, we will duel." she said.

Ruby panics to grab her supplies. "It's going to be okay, just hold still" She accidentally falls into Dream and starts sobbing. She pulls Nightmare forward so that she can bandage his stab wound. Nightmare winces for a moment but the pain quickly subsides. Demons are fast healers when it comes to Vampire weapons. Ruby finishes bandaging him and sits back and starts sobbing again. "I am so sorry!" Ruby said crying.

Veronica wasn't that good at sword fighting so Angel easily beat her. Angel helped her up and Veronica looked at her in confusion but she took her hand. "Why were you beating your brother?" Angel asked sounding worried about him. She looked down at her hands and said in a deep voice "Because I can...he used to hit me so you can consider it revenge." replied Veronica. Kenji looked at her with sorrow in his eyes as Angel picked him up and placed him leaning against a tree."Angel was it?...why do you even care about my brother... the people on his team were literally beating your friends. You should hate us for that." She said rubbing her head. "Veronica, darling there's really no need for revenge if you really love each other." she said sweetly. "But I don't...I don't really love him it's just an act so that he doesn't hurt me and Victoria again...I actually hate him with all my black heart he's the worst being to ever walk this earth." she said crying. Kenji looked at her and his eyes swelled with tears as he cried out to her. Angel said "Revenge is like a circle...one that never ends." "I know it is...revenge is the reason I'm still alive otherwise I would have killed myself a very long time ago." Angel touched her face as she walked away. "Oh, and tell your friend Nightmare was it not to move too much...he may heal quickly on the outside but the poison will still be spreading on the inside." Angel smiled because she thought that she had felt a little bit better. "And Kenji you can go kill yourself now nobody's wants you here well except Victoria so she can jump with you." Angel turns around one last time. "Veronica!" she shouts. Veronica turns around. "If we are on good terms would you mind helping us?" she asks "We will help you in turn." Veronica nods her head and walks towards Angel.

Veronica looked at her and her then her eyes went back to normal as she collapsed. Angel caught her and asked what happened. Veronica asked who Angel was and what she was doing here. "...You don't remember?" asked Angel confused as she looked at Kenji who simply looked pained to hear her words, "Damned souls are trapped inside of her. She can only have their memories when she's like that, and my poor baby sister can never escape them!...but she may also once in a while take their former powers and make it her own." "Are you sure that's the case?" asked Angel staring at him. He nodded. Her eyes turned black again and she pushed herself away from Angel as she looked in her eyes with pain and fear taking control. Horns came from her head and she screamed in pain. Akina came over and hugged her close to his chest so that she could hear his heart beat and told her to calm herself. She took a few shallow breaths and then calmed down. He looked at Angel who looked like she had seen a ghost...Dream was vomiting blood.

Dream stumbles out of the car grabbing his side. He slowly makes his way towards Akina and Veronica. He sits next to Veronica and says weakly "It's okay", "Dream was it, you should go back in your car and try not to move too much " said Akina holding Veronica."Akina, can we leave this place it reminds me of where I died?" asked Veronica. "Sure I'll get everyone to retreat" "Not before she tells me where William is." Said Alistair staring at Veronica with hatred raging in his eyes. "Who's William?" asked Veronica innocently looking at Alistair. "My f*****g brother you b**ch." he said. "Don't know who that is, sorry." she said frowning. Alistair had enough and picked her up by her throat and threw her into a wall of bricks and they all toppled on top of her. Akina looked at Alistair, he got up and started choking him. Veronica got up from the pile and took Alistair from Akina before he killed him, and she stabbed him in the chest around his heart. He couldn't speak as she stomped on his chest again adding to the injury. Angel tried to stop her but she told her to buzz off and Akina smirked as she began crushing the dagger into his chest. Victoria got back up and yelled to her "AND THAT'S HOW TO RID YOURSELF OF THE PEOPLE YOU HATE VERONICA!!"
