"Sigh... you are unbelievably persistent," Hajime hung his head as he looked at Regal, who casually shattered the cave wall and entered another cave. "What kind of status do you need to do that..." he couldn't help but ask.

Regal turned around and looked at Hajime, 'Azu... status?' he asked, and immediately a status plate appeared in his pocket.

Regal took out his status plate, gave it a glance, and passed it to Hajime, who skeptically took it.

Hajime looked blankly, not even sure what he should say anymore. "Job: Doesn't matter...? What?" he mumbled and looked at Regal.

Regal raised a brow and smirked, "Read the remaining! Also, pass me your status plate."

Hajime didn't care and just passed Regal his status plate.

Regal smiled, seeing the status plate, "Well, things haven't changed, so the butterfly effects don't reach that far," he mused and looked at Hajime, who stared at the skills with disbelief.

"What the fuck..." Hajime muttered and robotically looked at Regal, who only smiled.

"If you conquer all the dungeons, then you will also have a similar level of status. I can't say you would be at the same level as me, but you will be able to leave this world and go back," Regal nonchalantly reassured, making Hajime widen his eyes. "Your world isn't far," he added.

"Wait, you mean to say you got this strong by conquering all the dungeons? And why can you say my world isn't far?" Hajime skeptically questioned.

"Nope, so far I have only conquered this dungeon. But I did massacre all the monsters on my way," Regal answered, not bothering to hide anything. "Haven't been to Earth yet but do plan on going there. Compared to this world, Earth has more fighting power and actual gods, so it will be a good place to be."

Hajime looked at Regal with apprehension and then looked at the status plate, "The One That Stood Against The Gods, God Slayer, and Hell Destroyer. All of them aren't just for show...?" Hajime's mind raced and he looked at Regal with a serious face, "What do you want?"

Regal shrugged, "Nothing, only curious, was heading to the surface but I saw someone and came to check what was up," he nonchalantly said. Regal raised his hand and a gun formed in his hand from thin air. He tossed it to Hajime, who caught it. "Keep it, you won't be able to make it out of the last floor without it."

"Huh? Why would you bother to help me?" Hajime doubtfully asked as he examined the gun that was lighter than a feather but harder than anything he had ever held.

"No reason, just wanted to know how things will get if I mess with the plot!"

"So, I am your guinea pig? Not very appreciative of it," Hajime glared at Regal, who mused.

"You aren't a guinea pig, but if you want to think of it in that way it's fine, doesn't change much," Regal remarked and started to walk off, "See ya! Also, tell the ones below that I am off to the second dungeon or maybe hang around the Empire."

Regal left, leaving Hajime with unwanted questions, "...What a pain, getting wrapped up in something I had no part in, or could even have any part in."

Hajime started to leave as well but at the last second, "My status plate," he looked back, but Regal was already gone. He looked at the status plate in his hand and widened his eyes. It was his status plate, not Regal's but his.

"When did he... No... I am just too weak and slow to notice it..." Hajime clenched his fist, gritted his teeth, and went deeper into the dungeon, this time killing anything that moved in his sight.

Meanwhile,

Scathach gave Ais an earful with a beatdown, which was called training. Ais kneeled on the ground, using her sword to balance herself, her breath heavy and almost desperate. She was close to passing out.

"We will stop here for today. Tomorrow you will be working on your form," Scathach stated as she looked at Yue, who watched from the side. "Ais, go rest up, and leave that sword here. You aren't allowed to touch that sword outside of training," she commanded. Ais nodded and barely managed to stand without using her sword as support.

"Should we go? Regal already left," Yue lazily asked as she floated towards Scathach.

"Hmm, sure. I already marked this place," Scathach agreed, and Yue teleported them above the city in the clouds.

"There he is," Yue pointed to a small black dot that zoomed through the dry lands, going straight to a valley in the distance. "Let's go," Yue muttered and rocketed towards Regal's direction. Scathach followed her closely.

In a matter of moments, they caught up to Regal, who paused and stood in front of a small gap in the wall, "You guys came here faster than expected. Done with Ais's training?"

"Yes, she isn't used to rapid changes, so it will take her time to adjust to the difference in strength," Scathach answered. "But it's a pity that when she returns, her status will revert to level 6, and she will have to work on her base again."

"Hmm, we can always merge the power systems, so it's fine. No need to go easy," Regal remarked and proceeded inside the Great Reisen Labyrinth.
