Mori walked towards the village, not knowing how to feel. He didn't fully process the information he received from the system because he felt as he was being rushed, but now the more he thinks about it the more it put him in a sour mood. 'I have one arm, and I'm no longer human and being asked by an unknown entity to spread my "true name" how problematic my life has become' Mori thought as he continued walking. He was mostly thinking about how is he going to substitute his lost arm and being a demon.
"Mori is that you!" Mori heard Leah's voice and quick footsteps followed. Honestly, he wasn't in the mood to talk to anyone, especially Leah because of how energetic and playful she was. Hearing her footsteps getting closer and closer reminded him of the fight he had with the beasts "Mori I thought you died, and I wouldn't see you, or you were just hiding but looked like you beat the second trial" Leah hugged Mori tight as she could while tears formed in her eyes. Unfortunately, the hug made Mori remember the curse he had making him even more angry than he already was causing his dark aura to seep out but luckily, his cloak was hiding it. "Hey you alright? You seem kind of…off right now" Leah asked, concerned at the fact Mori wasn't responding. His skin seemed more pale than it used to be, his body felt cold, and his eyes looked like a snake.
Mori easily slipped out of Leah's hugged and kept walking "Yeah I'm just really tired and want to sleep but why is everyone outside the village?" he said as he quickened his pace.
Leah just shrugged at his question while staring at his cloak "Hey there Mori how was the 2nd trail" Brenda asked, but Mori walked straight past her. He only wanted to go inside the village and wanted to figure out why everyone was just standing around waiting for their names to be called. But the closer he got, the more he realized that they weren't just standing around because they wanted to, it was more like they were forced to. There was a blue hue covering the village, which was obviously a force field.
'It must be other people like us who been here before us who's protecting the village, which means they are stronger than us and might be arrogant'. Tired of standing Mori sat down waiting for- "for them to know we're here and rush them to let us in someone probably has to disturb the force field" Mori got back up with an annoyed look and reached out his hand. Luckily, it was his left arm that was blown off instead of his right.
(POV Switch)
Just one look at the force field you can tell it's quite solid and was made to block attacks and not let people in, but if it is hit by something strong enough to cause a disturbance they would come check it out. 'My patience is quite high, but considering what I have been through I just want to lay down'.

"Hey! Who here is level 6 and higher!" Mori said, looking at everyone standing around. But nobody answered, they just looked at him while gossiping. "To make our presence known to the village, we need someone strong enough to hit the force field to cause a disturbance". After saying that, a girl who had a sword on her back came forward and walked. She had a serious vibe around her and her eyes alone showed her strength, but to Mori she seemed just like everyone else just had a bit more potential than the rest.
"What is it that you'll like me to do?" The woman said, pulling her sword out of its sheath.
"All you have to do is attack the barrier with all your strength, maybe use a skill" Mori said touching the barrier. The woman whose name is Jules apparently since it was on her name tag, she felt as though Mori was looking down on her.
Jules raised her sword in the air and exhaled. "Wind Slash!" wind suddenly started moving around her sword and quickly slash down at the barrier.
*Bang*
Jules' body got sent back, but Mori grabbed her arm before she was sent flying. Jules was shocked that her strongest skill couldn't destroy the barrier, but at least her sword survived the impact. "Girl, what level are you?" Mori asked her in a low tone. Jules was hesitant for a second but decided to answer it "I'm level 10, so I was confident that I could break it".
Hearing this, Mori looked at the girl like she was an idiot. "I didn't tell you to break it I just told you to hit it hard, that was it *sigh* but at least it worked". Mori knew it wasn't possible for anyone to destroy as it was obviously made by the people who came here before them, even if Mori tried to destroy it he would've probably only made a small crack.
"Look they are coming" "Are they the people behind who put this barrier here!" "You think they're going to let us in?"
There were three people walking towards the barrier. One male wearing leather armor and carrying a sword on his waist and two women, one had a staff while the other had a shield.

That person is just radiating main character energy, subconsciously gaining a harem. Just looking at his face is enough for me to know his life story and wanting to destroy evil.
"Hello everyone! My name is Simon, and I was also brought here by the angels just like everyone else" When Simon got closer the barrier started to become more transparent and the girls were signaling everyone to come in. Everyone started asking Simon questions and admiring his armor, even Leah, Alan, and Brenda. But I don't have the time for that.
"What are your plans for the future, assuming you survive in this world?" Jules asked as she sheathed her sword. My future, huh? Instead of answering, I shrugged and walked off. I need a place to sleep, my body is probably tired because of all that fighting I did. If I could find a house, that'll be great.

Mori walked past Simon and everyone else that crowded together, but Mori couldn't help but find something strange, "why are you following me?" asked Mori. Jules looked at Mori confused, as if she wasn't supposed to.
"I want to see what you're going to do next" She said bluntly. Mori noticed that this girl is very boring when it comes to conversations, she keeps it short and simple 'but maybe it's better that way'. Mori was looking around at the wooden and stone building and spotted what he was looking for, "Diners Inn". Once he saw it, he quickened his steps.
"What I'm going to do next is sleep"
He said and looked at Jules and seeing how Jules didn't respond to him, he decided to push her softly and say "What? Do you intend to sleep with me or something?" saying this caused Jules to become flustered and yelled at him.
'Even someone like this succumbed to human emotions…well, I guess she is still a human'
Mori sighed with confusion. He didn't know how to feel with his race change, but it seems it was destined because of his past race 'dark human'. It was probably inevitable even if he didn't eat the demonized core, he felt his race would've ended up as demon eventually.
Mori walked inside the inn and saw the owner standing behind the counter. It was a man who looked to be in his thirties and had the body of a body builder.
"Welcome to Diners Inn would you like some food or hurry to your room"- the man didn't seem two excited, but he was still professional.
"A room with separate beds will be fine"- Jules didn't seem to care, so Mori went with it.
The muscular man grabbed a container full of keys until he found the right one.
"These are the keys to room 2 upstairs to the left"- The man tossed the keys toward Mori and watched as the two went upstairs to their room.
