I Want To Be A Knight, Too!

Breakfast was just a standard breakfast: eggs, bacon, toast, sausage. My mom, Cecilia, was feeding my baby sister, Andrew. My older sister, Alex, was at school. My twin brother, Apollo was sitting next to me. Dad was washing the dishes. I should note that mom has black hair and red eyes, while the others have golden-yellow hair and yellow eyes. Though there are patches of black in Andrew's hair.

"Hey mom, I want to be a knight.", Apollo said this because our dad, Aaron, was a knight. Although retired, he's very respected. So, it was no wonder Apollo wanted to be one. It also gave me an idea. I was not a knight in the original story. But ,the idea of being one was too cool to let the chance pass by.

"I want to be a knight, too!" "Really, both of you?", mom asked while giggling slightly. "Well, I guess your father would be glad to train you two. Isn't that right?" "Yes, it is.", he replied immediately. What a doting father.

One hour later, me and Apollo were in the backyard with wooden weapons in our hands. Dad had already tested us to see which weapons would fit us best. Apollo got a normal sword, meaning he excelled at dad's strength and endurance test. While I got dual daggers, meaning agility and reaction time.

Dad was observing us while we just swung our weapons around. Occasional input to correct our swings, mainly for me. He said that tomorrow we'll start blocking and all that.

Oh right, I have a system, forgot to fucking mention that.
